The room was very nice, clean, and perfect for what we needed it for. It is about 100 or so feet to the beach, loved that! Having a clean refrigerator in the room was a great help. I would recommend staying here if all you need is a clean bed and a quick shower.

I didn't like that the check in feels like you're checking into a prison. The doors to the lobby are locked, and speaking through the small hole in the window seems a bit standoffish. There needs to be more towels in each room, as well as wash clothes. Personal hygiene items need to be individually stocked in each room. The wall dispensers aren't great!

It was very close to the beach and easily accessible. It was nice that I was able to check in early, even though it cost a little more.

They were not enough outlets in the room. I had to move to lamp to be able to plug it in because there was no outlet beside the bed. There was a little bit of hair in the tub, but overall it was a good experience for what I paid. Would probably stay here again.

Loved the location, loved the fact that i had outdoor entrance on the back side of the building, loved the balcony, room was very clean and very comfortable. My room being cleaned and made up with new towels daily was very nice as well.

Didn't like that the walls were very thin -- i understand that its an old building -- but i didnt enjoy hearing my neighbor's tv, their conversations, their morning cell phone alarm, etc. Also didnt like that most of the outlets in my room needed to be replaced, phone charger kept falling out.

They actually came and made the beds each day we were there. They also came and cleaned the room each day as well. They also brought new towels each day. There was a microwave and mini fridge. This was a service I wasn't expecting. It was a pleasant experience, and the wife and kids liked the pool

My only wish it would have been a coffee maker. But for the price we were not expecting much!

I loved how sweet and genuinely kind the owner was! We had a nice conversation while checking me in! Altogether, this place may be a tiny bit noisy in the late hours, but it is so quaint and truly a somber place.

Penton, the owner, was friendly and accommodating. He gave us a larger room at no extra cost.

There was a $50 returnable cash fee at check in.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Grounds were ok with decent parking. Good location and a good price.

Staff were hard to reach as they had the office closed.

They offer a very quiet place and come in and clean every day.

They don't offer breakfast, and cable TV was out the first two days.

Location was good, hotel was clean and friendly, only problem was the weather was too cold to enjoy the beach.

It was close to the beach and the place that I had to go to work. It was right on the main roadway where I could find places to eat.
