The location and price were great the property was clean and well maintained

Room was not ready for check in until 5:30 pm then the room I was given the toilet did not work and could not get it fixed until the next morning. Had to go across the street to use the restroom. When talking to the front desk attendant the woman was extremely rude and offered no help just said maintenance would not be there until next morning. Did not offer to move my room or give me a discount on first nite without a toilet.

We got to our room and the pull out bed was broken maintenance came and looked said it was not able to be fixed when we leave they will have to replace it but in the mean time they brought a 2nd mattress and it helped but not nearly enough..they didn't even offer us a new room..very uncomfortable for 7 days.

The key card reader batteries died leaving us locked out of our room for over and hour. After maintenance replaced batteries we still couldn't get in. He had to use an actual key.. He said he had to call his supervisor to have him tell him how to reprogram it. Well his supervisor didn't answer so we was stuck to our room the rest of that day into the next morning around 11am when he came to reprogram it..

Love the location. The pool, ocean, balconies, smaller. Have stayed here many times.

The staff. Nothing exception about any of them. Not rude- just not overly polite. Did a late check out which was totally ignored. Knocked on door twice. Left 1 hour after 11:00 check out. In the shower. Knocking, and still napping when they knocked the first time at 10:10. Second time at 11:40. Had my do not disturb sign out. Signed up for a 1:00 late check out. Cleared when checked in. Check out totally ignored. Was refused a receipt from front desk clerk. Was told they don’t do that when booked with booking .com. Have gotten them everywhere else. Twice just in this trip. Not a great staff. Check in and out, maids, breakfast. Non friendly or informative at all.

I really enjoyed being just a little bit down from the crowd, the kids could play in the pool without feeling like they might bump into someone. Nice hot tub & breakfast , the view at night & morning were amazing

I chose this location for the price , breakfast, the Brand , location & the pool . It’s a toss up if I would stay again or pay the extra . Sheets should be tossed ( no longer white & stains show ), either deep clean the stains on the couch or toss it . Fixing the Parking area out front could really improve curb appeal.

The breakfast wasn't so great. Saturday night we got back around 10pm and there was no parking left, so we had to park across the street, which we didn't like. Their were 2 other cars waiting to find a space as well. My husband gets up early, and he went to get coffee in the lobby and the other hotels we have stayed at, he will stay there to drink coffee and go on his tablet. Here he was told by a man around 5am to take his coffee and go back to his room. He wasn't allowed to stay in lobby. When we asked about it, the lady explained the person who works nights cooks the breakfast and sets up and the door must remain locked. It was very inconvenient for us. We will not be staying here again.

The hotel room was a very pleasant surprise - it was recently remodeled and very nice. No gross carpet and the layout of the room gave the room a much larger feel. Had issues with 1 of the TV's the first night. Maintenance was there early to fix it the next day. The breakfast buffet was really nice, with a good variety and the staff kept refilling it often. It's literally on the beach - huge bonus. And the pool is SO kid friendly - it starts low, so the babies can sit in the water. There's also a water feature, that the kids loved.

The bed was super noisy and metal sound. Every time myself or the baby rolled, it sounded like scraping and woke us up. Plus, very few amenities. I requested extra conditioner and they were out. But I did get plenty of towels. They didn't carry hand towels, only wash clothes'.

Coffee in the room I was looking forward to drinking a cup and watching the sunrise and the coffee was for that is the nastiest coffee ever you should be ashamed to put it in someone's room , also only enough two cups if it had been drinkable, I must say coffee in the lobby after 7:00 for breakfast bar was decent just wish the coffee been better coffee again was very nasty I recommend someone in Management try a cup youll see what I mean

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Oceanfront Daytona Beach has recently undergone renovations, and while it's evident that everything was done on a budget, the result is pleasantly clean accommodations. Unfortunately, the pool is not heated, but the proximity to the beach allows for other enjoyable outdoor activities. Guests can start their day with a beautiful sunrise view. The breakfast offered is modest, but sufficient to fuel up for the day. The service is commendable, with friendly staff who are attentive to guests' needs. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option for a short stay, I recommend considering La Quinta Inn & Suites.

To whom it may concern, what I like about staying there it was next to hard rock when I wanted to go to a concert they was having and and more I like staying in the here in the hotel was you right next to the beach and pool and it had a whirlpool it was great I will most definitely be staying again when I travel to go to Daytona

Beautiful room and very spacious perfect for our family. Very clean, staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was great minus the issue with the breaker turning off when both waffle makers were used at the same time. The pool was nice and the grounds were clean and were nice. We were walking distance to so many places that we didn't have to drive the whole stay. Publix, convince stores, shopping all right there.

The only thing we really didn't like was the shower was extremely hard to turn on and the toilet handle kept coming unhooked and had to keep being fixed. Also the parking was not that good. There's not enough room for all vehicles of people staying. Thankfully we got a spot and never had to drive anywhere.
