We stay there often and we live the views and the cleanliness of the hotel.

I had to call to have my room cleaned and to get new towels just about everyday. Also, had an incident where the front desk didn’t want to ring me up for one bottle of water instead she had me go wait in the cafe which was busy with a big order to fulfill. Just to mention there were no customers at the front desk she was just standing there. Little things like that go a long way with customers and she just wasn’t very personable and helpful. Not someone would put in front of my customers to represent my company. Her main duty is customer service and she didn’t do that in my eyes. Another employee who could use little more customer service training is Jade at the valet.

The one bedroom suite was clean, the view was amazing from the bedroom. The jacuzzi tub in the bathroom was a plus!

The wait to check in. Our rooms weren’t ready until 6 but they did accommodate us. The checkin line is directly in-front of the escalator which made it busy and difficult to get through the crowd because the elevator was out of order.

"When I went to breakfast with my daughter, the staff attending us did not inform us that a buffet was available. It was not clearly visible, as it was located in a hidden area. As a result, we asked for the menu to order, but we found that there were no healthy options, which was disappointing for me since I follow a diet focused on healthy eating."

Very clean and modern hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was huge and the staff were helpful. The pool was awesome and had a cool view of the beach and a poolside bar.

We only ate breakfast at the hotel once. We were seated and no one approached us so we went up to the buffet style breakfast and served ourselves. Eventually one of the staff noticed we didn’t have drinks and got us a waiter. We were unaware of how expensive the breakfast was going to be and the mimosas we ordered were weak and also 15$+ if I remember correctly. The breakfast was ok. Besides that no complaints about the hotel at all.

I can't say enough about the Staff at Daytona Grande. There was a situation with our room and when brought to the attention of the Manager, Rob Jordan, he went ABOVE and BEYOND to accommadate my family and make sure that our stay was comfortable and pleasant. The Resort was immaculate. Staff were CONSTANTLY cleaning around the clock and the pool/hottub area was maintained daily as well. EVERYONE was extremely pleasant and polite and if something was requested, the staff was on it immediately. I highly recommend Daytona Grande and will stay there again if I come to Daytona. Thank you Rob and Staff for everything!

Loved the view on the 27th (top) floor. It was ocean view instead of ocean front, however, we had both ocean and city view which was nice. The pool bar was nice.

Restaurant advertised open for breakfast, but first day we tried (Thursday) didn't appear to be. Had to eat from the cafe which was more snack/continental type options. Drinks were pricey, but expected. Only issue is bartenders weren't very generous with the pour, so you didn't really get what you paid for. Ordered a double and were charged $20, but only received about 1/2 shot of Vodka. Would have been nice to have music by the pool area. The hotel two doors down finally did have a DJ and it was great to have something to listen to.

From start to finish, the staff was amazing. We were celebrating our anniversary and the beautiful lady at the front desk gave us vouchers for morning brunch. I wish we would have gotten her name. At brunch, our amazing server, Sarah, treated us with such kindness and humor. The staff with the valet service were Top Notch as well as the young man who brought our luggage to our room.

There were fireworks outside, and I wish they would have had that advertised. I'm not sure if the hotel put them on, but it would have been really special to have been told beforehand, and we didn't have time to go down to see them.

The hotel was beautifully maintained, with staff working tirelessly to keep everything spotless. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety—definitely a highlight of the stay.

The self-parking process during check-in was a bit inconvenient. We weren’t allowed to stop in front of the hotel to unload our luggage and had to park across the street in a garage, then carry everything back. Allowing guests a few minutes to unload before parking would make arrival much smoother.

Great location - Staff was terrific - Food was very good.

Too many service charges - service charge for a beer & food at the bar. Service charge for eating in the restaurant .....

I have almost nothing negative to say about this hotel. I do have one comment about the odd elevator noise that happened all night, I’ll save it till the end here. The beauty of the hotel made me feel at peace. I couldn’t stop staring at some of it! The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Everyone from the valet staff, luggage handlers, check-in and more were nice. Their buffet was tasty and had everything you could want, the staff were friendly and attentive. My husband wished they had placed a sign indicating it was a buffet before we said yes to sitting down. I’m a vegetarian a buffet is rarely worth the price for me to eat at but still it was good. We love the pool, hot tub, and atmosphere. We had a drink at the pool side bar that was $15 but I suppose that price is to be expected, yikes! We had booked this hotel around early afternoon knowing we would drive from Orlando to Daytona for some beach time. I don’t know if booking late on the day of arrival had anything to do with our room assignment. But, we were put in a room next to the elevator shafts on the 27th floor. The room was lovely, beautiful, clean, comfortable and spacious with two queen beds and a balcony facing the beach and partial view of the ocean which was what we wanted and loved it!! The negative comment I have is the odd and annoying loud cracking noise coming from the elevator shafts. I noticed it at check-in around 4:30ish. I thought it was maintenance working on the elevators. But no, the noise continued into the evening dinner hours, after sunset and when we went to bed that’s all we could hear. We were exhausted and set up and staying for only one night so we didn’t bother to ask for a room change. Overall, I would definitely stay here again but ask to be placed away from the elevator.

Elevator shaft noise all night. It sounded like plastic water bottles be cracked repeatedly or something like it.
