Friendly staff. Clean. Nice amenities.

We checked in around 9:30pm. Our rooms carpet was very wet from what I assume was from a carpet cleaning; the room smelled of carpet cleaning deodorizer. Thoughtful, but by not putting fans on the carpet to help dry, the carpet was wet which caused the humidity level in the room to be extremely high. It was very uncomfortable. Our stay was only 2 nights so the carpet was still damp even when we checked out Sunday morning.

We had the jacuzzi tub room and it was amazing. Was able to go down and walk the beach for sunrise. Was just an amazing stay that helped reconnect with my husband. We loved the breakfast and that we were able to hook up our ps4 to stream shows on the tv to watch while in the tub

My only quibble was the room looked like it had a door to separate the living room area that has the tub from the bedroom area. We traveled with twin toddlers and had anticipated being able to shut them in the bedroom area. Huge safety issue for us, we thankfully worked it out cuz we have family in town. But that was more picture/angling issue than an actual issue with the room

Loved it was right on the beach and within walking distance from activities. Pool was nice. The front desk young lady was so helpful and let us use facilities/pool until our room was ready.

The drain in our bathroom was not properly siliconed so the entire thing came up when trying to give our two small children a bath. Also the conditioner was full of soap and not conditioner.

Good location. Great staff overall. Ms Brenda, housekeeping, was excellent

On Saturday morning we had a different cleaning crew, 4th floor. They did bare minimum. Did not make beds, did not clean floors, took out the trash, picked up dirty towels from the floor and left a few replacements on the sink counter (didn’t resupply 100% and had to go to front desk to get more towels and bath floor mat), did not resupply cups or tea or coffee or drink condiments. I had two rooms, the floor had sand on it which was not there when my family members left the room to enjoy the beautiful weather. I reported these concerns to the front desk

Everything was excellent! The staff was so kind and courteous and helpful. The room was clean. The complimentary coffee with creamer options were great. The pool and beach access were convenient. All around great stay.

Nothing negative to say about this property. Would like to see free parking but understand the reason.

I love the hotel, I really love that it is right on the beach as is the lovely outdoor area and pool. I love that you are able to have meals outside overlooking the ocean. Staff was great.

The parking is terrible. There is limited parking spots at the hotel and they are very small. You have to park across the street in the parking lot and then you have to fight traffic to cross the street which is really very dangerous, four lanes and a turning lane you have to run across dodging traffic. The hotel/city really needs to consider a pedestrian crossing here. Also, since when do you have to pay a parking fee to park at a hotel that you are already paying to stay at? Definitely not happy about that!

Certainly need more baggage carts. We saw some people use them to go the the pool. And when hotel employees came to the pool area-they just ignored the carts sitting outside

pretty view but the window was very foggy like and bird poop on window so all I can see is bird poop and fog on window.

well I didn’t like that I wasn’t able to change to a balcony when I called about changing no one could really help and the guy over the phone that answered the phone was very rude and did not help at all and it was a female that I spoke with as well I ask to speak with the manager and she never got anyone just put me on hold. all I wanted was an upgrade. booking or no one was able to help it was back and forth calling and didn’t get anywhere.

The location right on the beach with direct access was great. The staff did a great job keeping the room and hallways clean. The pool was great to use at night.

Not a complaint but the rooms could use updating to make them more trendy. Also the rooms were not very sound proof, I could hear the tv from the tenant next to me late through the evening.

The room was very spacious and clean , the pool was nice and the staff was excellent . There was a cool out door fire pit that we enjoyed sitting by at night .

There could be a jacuzzi added to the property by the pool there’s enough space ! & maybe some music playing .
