The weekend started off great!! We booked a total of 4 rooms for 4th of Juky weekend. Then we decided to go to the Front desk to book 2 rooms for Labor Day weekend at $436.00 per room , so we booked our rooms then came back to the Front desk and the Manager canceled our orginal reservation and up charged us $100 for each room after we reserved our rooms.. I have been a Hotel Manager for 20 years and would never do that.. The Manager stated she did not update the website or the OTA which is for purchasing rooms online, how was that our problem.. We will be canceling and never going back..

The extra money for the ocean view room is money well spent. It was literally right on the beach couldn't have asked for a better view. We stayed with clean towels the rooms were nice. No bugs. We didn't have a problem with parking bc it's right in the middle of everything so we even were able to walk to the lagoon Waterpark. It was well priced as well

Honestly not to much. The only thing I saw was the paint in our room on the wall it looked the they freshened up the paint but only the bottom half of the wall and it looks like the baseboards were replaced and they were not painted but who really cares we weren't there most of the time anyway so it didn't bother us.

Excellente location!!! Clean rooms and bathrooms. Possible to leave a car in parking prior to check in. Breakfast. Good staff. Easy access to the beach. Clean pool. I would stay there again for 1-2 nights.

Too narrow parking places. The rule of this hotel is that check in/check out only at 3 pm and 11 am accordingly. They are not flexible and follow the rules. Even if it is 2.58 pm - no, only at 3 pm. Impossible to leave a car in parking after 12 pm. Breakfast is not so good. Our refrigerator was not so good as well. It is not a hotel's responsibility, but there were a lot of "noisy" guests in the hotel, there were listening music loudly in the pool area. Children were running everywhere and knocking doors. It was their sort of "entertainment".

Location, cost

Parking was NOT managed. One night after leaving to meet a friend for dinner the ENTIRE lot was full, and I mean literally, not only the spaces. When I asked security for assistance I was told there is parking across the street - an extremely rough heavy LATGE graveled area , totally unacceptable. Same night ( Saturday) people were banging on doors, sleeping in outside walkways.

We stayed in room 113, this room was at end of hall, odd shaped room, but due to that it was larger than a normal room. The views were fabulous, door leading to beachfront.

Refrigerator is old, not working best, but worked fine for the one night. The walking path to rear door is really small, fortunately not on crutches. Breakfast offering was extremely slim, not good for vegans, or if have to be Gluten Free, nothing there for this kind of lifestyle eating. Even the juices, claimed to be organic, but once you read ingredients, not in my body. Had to bring my own fruits.

We arrived to the hotel a little early on friday. The staff was very accommodating as the room we had reserved had water on the floor from the torrential rain. The manager of the property promptly put us into an adjoining room to the one we had reserved for our comfort and relaxation due to the unforeseen flooding in the room next door. We were allowed to stay in this room and use it as our own until the room we reserve what's finished. On completion we moved a few things right next door and had a fantastic weekend at this location. The staff is excellent, very accommodating! The room was private and we rarely saw other patrons of this awesome hotel. It was like we were in our own little world. WE COULDN'T STAY LONGER!!!

Breakfast was served each morning (cereal,bagels, waffles, coffee, juice and milk). All of the office staff were very friendly and professional. Sandals Inn is located very close to the boardwalk and restaurants. So many things to do within walking distance.

We paid a hefty amount for a family suite. It was a nice room but make sure to remember that the entrance to this suite is inside the main office, so no type of view. We went out for a few hours on Friday night and when we got back the office was locked and we had no access until the security guard opened the front door. Not a big deal but something to keep in mind if you book the family suite.

Location couldn't be better. Staff were nice, breakfast was good, room was clean, bed was comfortable, water was hot.

There's not enough parking. I couldn't leave the hotel because I wouldn't have had a spot upon return. Luckily everything you need is in short walking distance. Note that it was memorial day weekend, which could have impacted the lack of parking spaces. Although that means any busy day may be the same.

the staff was very friendly . We where there for the turkey rod run and enjoyed the court yard view . rooms smell great when we walked in everything setup nice and clean . office was very homie feeling and breakfast area very friendly feeling was in room 102 we will be back next year or sooner . court yard was nicely done for the Christmas time of year

rm 102 very dark in the corner where the table and chairs where could use a light over table . Parking was tight but got the show car in there fine .

The ocean is right outside your door The grill and picnic table was great we grilled out to the sound of the waves and the club next door Great place for younger people club is popping next door on Friday and Sat night even during off season

The microwave breakfast but I have to say it is more options then most places and alot of the motels don't offer any kind of breakfast
