Perfect location directly across the street from the beach. With easy access to the beach, maybe a 5min walk. Quiet location and not too many people. Several things you can walk to for food or even a shopping center 13min walk. Loved the set up of the room. It was very neat 👌 definitely will be staying here again if available. First vacation without the kids. So we had a king bed. They do have two queens i believe. We loved it! Just perfect and loved the cleaning ladies they were great aswell as maintenance.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact nowhere to wash the sand off our feet. I believe there was a hose behind the property, but I feel like it'd be much easier if they had a wash center outside. Other than that, nothing I can really complain about

we loved suite 1 its the only suite that is a two bedroom all the other rooms are smaller but suite 1 was so clean and beds were comfortable loved the bathroom it does sit almost on the sidewalk but we didnt really hear much traffic there are two tvs you have self check in with a door code that we liked so easy for the check in process you are across the street from the beach and yes you can see the ocean and beach access is really close you have full size fridge and microwave that can serve as a convection oven setting as well but theres no actual stove and there is free parking for the cheapest value we thought suite 1 was really good for the price

theres no pool no laundry its just a tiny little hotel but for the cleanliness of room and the price its well worth it we didnt need a pool because your at the ocean

Nothing everything was great

The location is really nice just a few mins from the beach. There downtown area is near by as well and other store/facilities are near by. The manager was very kids and responsive. The kitchen has a nice size fridge, the place itself was clean and smelling good always.

I think some of the furniture needs to be updated, the little dining table chairs are very unstable, would love to have a hot plate in the kitchen but my primary issues was the linens (broken) and towels they had stains a lot even full hand marks. We brought our own towels that’s why we didn’t ask for any or bought but that needs improvement.

Location to the beach, shopping, and things to do was fantastic! We had 3 rooms as we were on a family vacation, and it was very nice to have those separate rooms yet all together. Everyone loved their rooms, and the only thing I would add in room 5 would be a light in the kitchenette. Rooms 3 and 9 are where our kids and their families stayed and they enjoyed their rooms and only added that they would have liked to been able to adjust the air. Room 5 had a remote for the air. One other thing I would add to each room would be just a small broom/dust pan. We will be back again next year!

Clean, nice kitchen efficiency, large refrigerator/freezer, beds were memory foam making them very comfortable, split air unit was a definite plus, bathroom was sufficient, seating outside room was nice, WiFi was very fast, the TV with media was great, I was able to use our media accounts and watch what we wanted, location to the beach was great, one block walk to the public beach access.

Water for shower was fluctuating between cold and hot. We did not get room services the entire week, we had to ask for replacement towels. This may be our fault as it’s not a traditional motel, no on site management, we may have missed some communications on how the room is services or if we were suppose to ask to have the room services, parking spaces were a little tight.

As I do a fair amount of traveling older properties with super cheap rates make me nervous but this place was amazing for the price! I have stayed much more expensive places and received a whole lot less. Property was as described photos were accurate. All communication with the property management was prompt. Check in and check out was quick and easy. The unit was SUPER CLEAN had lots of extras good quality smart tv, cold mini split, good size fridge and comfortable beds. Someone was there every day to tidy up around the outside property. Now with all that being said the few small things that could be improved on are not worth mentioning I got well more than I paid for! The restaurant next door Steve’s has great food good prices. Don’t discount this property because it small and older for the budget travelers it hits all the marks Super clean, comfortable, safe and extremely Quiet! Will definitely return. This property well exceeded my expectation!

Nothing worth mentioning I got well more than expected for the price!

I was very impressed with the 1915 Beach Club. Little different and convenient touches, like real glasses and mugs, basic flatware like dishes and bowls, plenty of nice thick towels and a high-tech air conditioner with a remote and finally a big enough TV so I can finally read the closed caption! Very personable young man named Christopher who took care of everything. I would highly recommend it for a less-expensive motel, and right across the street from the ocean! Four stars!👌

Well, truthfully, I would've preferred a place directly on the beach, but it's only a short hop across 1A. But I recently broke my hip and it might have been miles. Needs light in the kitchen area. Other than that, no complaints!

It felt more like a room you’d have at home than a motel or something. I liked that it was close to a strip mall. Had boba, crab, Ross, a bar, a smoke shop all in the strip mall. Sushi too. Made shopping and dining easy and it’s close enough to walk to too. Close beach access.

WiFi lags horribly. Not very close to the boardwalk and all the little bars and shops in means of walking so if you plan to bar hop, you will need an uber or DD.

The two guys I spoke with on the phone were so quick to answer any questions I had and they were so friendly. They let me check in early without charging me and the rooms are wonderful. Big fridge, large beds, super clean and a funny note about not flushing away your hopes and dreams when it was talking about not flushing any feminine products down the drain. I think it was very responsible that the owners had a binder with free attractions and things you would have to buy if you messed them up and the prices. Overall, this stay was 200000/10.

The only thing that could’ve been helpful was a mini broom and dustpan. I think that could be beneficial for guest that comes in from the beach and they are all sandy.. I hated leaving a small mess for the cleaners but other than that everything was perfect!
