The room was nice and clean. The resort was not fully open because it was off-season and rainy weather with high winds.

We were not told that much of the resort was shut down because it was off-season. We just walked other places to eat and get out in Daytona. Even the pools were drained and most outdoor areas were closed to the public.

There was no breakfast. The weather was not great so no beach time. We visited a museum instead. Church was fine and easy to get to. The facility was clean.

The bathroom could have been larger. We thought renting a condo it would have been larger. We made out alright. The closet was filled with stuff so we could not really use it. It would have been nice to have a restaurant in the building but one across the street filled out wishes.

Host was amazing at communicating with me throughout the entire process. We were celebrating my wive’s birthday and the host left a little surprise for her.

No access to the beach and the pool was not open.

Being close to amenities, stores, and attractions.

Shower had no pressure and barely worked, lights barely or didn't work, microwave was held up with pvc pipe, no pool, no hot tub or suana available, bathroom sink would not drain. Bed was stiff as a board. Staff was horrible help when asking questions. Wifi was sub par and barely functioned. Building smelled rather nasty like stale urine or weed at all times. Security was also asleep on duty accidentally woke him up saying good morning.

The room is located on the nice beach in Daytona. But it is the only good thing I can tell about.

Firstly we got a wrong adress and wrong room number in booking chat (we did not know it is wrong). Luckily we arrived in adressed mentioned in booking reservation, and were allowed to go in, because password worked and guy in reception was very kind. Next night another people came and wanted to go into our room. Then there was a conflict, which was resolved in a few grueling and terrifying hours. But during conflict someone wanted to call police (although due to message in booking chat we were in the right room), which was really not very nice for beginning of our honeymoon. Next day, after a rather confusing conversation, we got the right room number, with same password, as in the previous one (safety on high level). Finally we were able to stay in room I paid few weeks before. Unfortunately, that room was terrible. I wanted a baby friendly room, which is definitely not this one. Height of bed, rickety structures of glass tables which were risky for our baby, room full of furniture not adequate for room size and not enough space for any movement. The air conditioning unit was quite noisy and probably not cleaned for some time, because it was sometimes smelly. Each morning our heads were spinning and we had dizziness, probably from that not good air condition and height of bed. After not very friendly conversation with the probable owner in booking chat, we decided to let us refund our money for the remainder of the stay, which was good step from booking and owner and thank you atleast for that.

The building is in disrepair, not "A Beautiful Building" at all, WiFi is nonexistent had to use my Hotspot to use the TV. Parking was a nightmare, cockroaches in the bathroom, weird smell in the room and the description is completely misleading, not ocean view but it is on the beach. Oh...the shower is concave so is you have any disabilities that affect balance it is dangerous.
