There is no way that this resort is a 3 star. I would give it a 4.5! This place was way beyond what I had expected. It was definitely what I wanted it to be when I made the reservation but when I got there I was blown away! My son and I stayed on the 2nd floor ocean front and I couldn't have picked a better spot with a better view. There is nothing I could say wrong about this place. Everything you need is here! Every room in this resort was clean. The laundry facility, the gym, the bathrooms, the pool...etc. I was very pleased and so excited to brag about this vacation spot. I felt safe as well as you need a key to get to your floor from the garage parking and even from the beach to the pool area!! Thanks so much for making our 4 night stay the best so far and I definitely will recommend this resort to everyone in Arkansas as it is a top notch great place to stay!! A++++

There isn't a single thing I did not like!!!

We stayed at the Casa del Mar before it was even condos. I believe it was a Quality Inn. That's been over 40 years ago. We have always loved it.

I hate that you can't do anything, like changing room location or anything else, unless you are an owner. I also hate the way they are always trying to sell more timeshares. You can't even get a simple parking pass without going through someone. I'm on vacation, not to sit through some presentation. We are older, 64, and 70. We have no intention of buying.

I liked the location and the cleanliness of the rooms.

I did not know from Booking that this was a timeshare hotel. I checked in, and they had me walk over to another desk to get my "parking pass" and sales pitch. It was brief, but not my bag. The doors on the rooms are extremely heavy and hard to open and keep open when going through them. This could be an issue.

I liked the location. I liked the cleanliness of the hotel. I liked the pool hot tub and outdoor games.

I did not like the privacy of the balconies. Walls between them would have been better. As it was you just sat and looked at everyone around you.

They had obviously updated the property since our last visit.

The stove vent didn’t do a good job of filtering the grease when we cooked. We had to open both doors to let the room air out. Can’t really blame the facility; we shouldn’t have tried to cook a meal like that there.

It was a nice and clean oceanfront hotel....the staff was nice and friendly and quick check-in and check out was very smooth. I would definitely recommend this place.

That it didn't serve breakfast/dinner...but I understood why because it had a kitchen which you could of made your own food.

The location, how clean everywhere was, and how nice the pool and deck area was.

No washer and dryer in room.

This is a perfect condo. Very well appointed. Beautiful comfortable bed. Nice and clean. Loved the balcony. We had our coffee out there enjoying seeing the waves come in

Great staff and facility had been renovated. Lots of convenient services such as laundry.

Only one ac unit in suite in the back, took a long time to cool room. Front of unit warmer than back. Could smell mold but didn’t see. I have mold allergies.

Located directly on the beach.

Should’ve had glass in between the rooms to block off the noise from the TV in the living room section in the TV in the bedroom section instead of the shades.
