Hotel service staff was extremely courteous and helpful throughout the whole stay. Adrian really took care of us for breakfast, memorizing our food preferences even when he was not our waiter. Our room housekeeper Jessica saw to it that the room was always clean and spotless. Both made us feel welcomed. We even had new sheets provided to us after mentioning to her a small mishap that occurred the night before during diner time. The accommodations and amenities were appropriately placed although we did not use them all and the suite we were upgraded too was an added bonus after a failure of a stay at our most loved vacation spot. We really appreciated them both as my family and I needed this nice time of rejuvenation before getting back into the jungle the following week.

Personally it would be to pick a better time where we do not have so many church youth camps around as their respective chaperone did not truly control them. We ended up reporting rowdy behavior because teenagers staying in the adjacent room did not know how to behave and tried to force themselves onto our side at 11 is at night. The noise woke up my family and I ended up having a talk with them before heading over to the reception desk to let them know of the situation. The staff member at the time responded positively and sent out personnel to deal with the kids. I praise them for that as we did not hear from them later on anymore. Newer sleeper sofa as well will be welcomed

It was a good location, about 15 minutes drive or 35 minutes walk from the pier. Everything was clean and the staff were nice. The bed was pretty comfortable. The pillows a little too soft for me. The shower was great. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. Even with a partial view, I still could see plenty of the ocean. The breakfast was good. It had direct access to the beach.

Make sure to get that earlier for breakfast. Otherwise you could end up spending an hour and a half there. They charge for a resort fee, only 20 dollars, but nothing other than direct access to the beach would make them a resort to me.

Right on the ocean there’s a restaurant and a pool outside but more can you ask for and obviously I have suite room, and it was clean and very large.

I think they could do a little bit better with their food in the restaurant. They need to kick it up a notch and make some better meals. Food is good depending on what you order. But most of the food is microwaved or thawed, and then reheated for you to eat. Obviously you can’t do that with salads. The salads are good.

Restaurant incorporated in hotel. Need more manpower at peak time. Can Shuffle staff for an hour food peak time. . Shelter for motorcycles. Crater for the bikers for 10 days.. spring and fall season

No complaints on how the hotel is operating. Your daily rate is 20 - 30 dollars more average hotel Competitor Itor. I get it. My 15th year travel to Daytona. Bucket of soapy water for the bikers. Rags of old hotel towels. Perhaps help the homeless wash bikes 5 or 10 days. It only works having raining days. Head up.

The food was amazing. We had excellent service. Loved the view from our room. It was perfect to watch the sunrise. The firepits by the pool were nice and relaxing too.

Parking deck.....very tight. It felt like there may have been too many spaces for the size of the deck, with full sized trucks and large suvs parking. Those vehicles should have been advised to use the lot across the street or the lot on the oceanside of the building. It made it very difficult to navigate.

I loved the view of the room! I was hoping I would get a room that was high up so that I could enjoy the view of the beach and the ocean, but I didn't want to get my hopes up. When I got told my room number, I was exceedingly surprised. I also loved the free breakfast coupon option that came with the purchase of my room. The room facilities were a nice and convenient touch. If I ever find myself back in Daytona, I will definitely stay at the Holiday Inn!

The food needs work it was the driest overcooked philly steak sandwich i ever had, Not the waitress fault. i prefer breakfast buffet even if small buffet (bagels, toast, muffins, doughnuts, coffee, tea and juice.)They waitress had to leave to pick up food the restaurant to get the food maybe someone to run food to the restaurant would give the waitress more time to wait tables.

I loved the view from the balcony. I also loved the addition of a mini fridge and microwave. The fridge proved to be very useful during my trip. We got sunburnt and needed cold Aloe to put on and we were able to keep it nice and cool for when we got back from our event.

The towels in the bathroom were a bit rough, i feel like they could have been a little softer. Most people get sunburns and when you try to dry yourself the material hurt the burnt skin.

Sooo many things. When we first arrived, we were greeted by Mason, who was exceptional! He was very clear of the hotel accommodations & also provided me with a breakfast, lunch & dinner menu. It was an easy check-in process. We got to our room that had a great view & was very clean. Their were pool towels provided to us. The pool area was awesome. The adult pool was very large! The kiddos pool was nice for the littles, with the exception of one of the fountains not working. We utilized the outdoor play equipment like the lifesize, full sized, chessboard & the connect four. There were several seating areas, including one by the firepit & also a bags game set. The beach bar restaurant was a little on the expensive side, around 8$ for a kids mac & cheese meal with fries, so we didn't eat there. We did get two complimentary drinks, which was either a glass of wine or two simple beers. The location was prime! We were able to walk out right to Daytona Beach shores! Beautiful location! We used the game room which was an added bonus options. The activity room was closed for the evening when we checked it out but noticed the options for multiple activities throughout the day thwt were provided in the elevator & in the hallways. Overall, I'm very pleased with the price & stay overall. The only thing I would change would be the parking options. It does seem to be very limited for the location however, I would highly recommend this resort otherwise!

We liked that the check in was quick and easy. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and the air worked this time. (Our last stay a couple years ago was not as great as this time) Our special requests on the room were met.

The elevators... were the biggest problem. (We spoke to a lot of other guests in the elevators and they agreed) The elevators were so slow and very hot. The restaurant... The free breakfast seemed microwaved. The bar... We received (2) drinks... One with alcohol and one without and it was $22. I feel the prices are slightly high for what we received. Other than that I'm pleased with our experience. We will be back again.
