I like the location 7-Eleven is directly across the street IHOP is right there as well then Winn Dixie is a 2 minute walk away. The Lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful sweet and kind and she was very nice to talk to

They have two Elevators one of them did not work for 14 days i was there No Bueno. The one thing that TIP me off was this well dressed Black man telling me that I can't smoke on my Balcony. I'm Assuming he is the Groundskeeper news flash body i smoke the whole time i was there. Nobody can tell me what I can and can't do on my private Balcony

It was extra clean. IN the lobby and the room. Esch room comes with s balcony and the hotel is ON the beach. The price was tight and the staff was great and welcoming. Perfect area perfect surrounding shops. The party is literally in the area too. Both host of the hotel was great. I took 1 name Sajid at the front desk. .. so I can share my experience. It smelled so good when I walked in... and Sajid was so nice. Thanks for a great experience.

I can't think of anything if I had to I'd say too much police presence in the area it's VERY intimidating and i dont even break laws.... Like they are out looking for mistakes and thats not good for the town. But that has nothing to do with the hotel. My dislikes were completely unassociated with the hotel.

Great location to shopping and attractions and convenient to the interstate. Also, the room was very nice and spacious and had a balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean!! The pool and fitness center were nice and the food and drinks in the restaurant and bar were good!!

Only negatives: The elevators were tore up the last 3 days and was hard to navigate to and from the 5th floor with heavy luggage due to having 2 recent knee surgeries. The vending machine on our floor appeared to malfuntion as several can drinks fell out at one time and the diet cokes didn't taste right as if they were old. Still really enjoyed the visit!!

A great location for everything. Ocean front balcony room was nice. Also a full size frig was great. Rooms recently redone. Comfortable beds. Staff was pretty responsive to any issues.

Although a stove - no pots or pans. I had to upgrade rooms when I found out that regular oceanfront is on ground floor. In order to have a true ocean front you need to be 2nd floor or higher, so upgraded to room with kitchenette. Hotel needs updating in public area - carpeting bad, furniture, etc. No outdoor tiki bar at the pool, even though advertised. But the inside bar is ok and the staff is very good.

Access to the beach, access to the pool and bar. The location is good. There's a 7 Eleven in front of it.

It's not that we didn't like it, it's just not a wow place. The price value ratio is not bad, not great either. They didn't clean the room daily, you would need to request it. I didn't like that they would charge one night of your credit card before you check in, and that they would only accept credit cards under the person who made the reservation's name. That's inconvenient! Especially, because I made the reservation, but my husband was going to pay as well, and he couldn't.

This is, by far, one of our favorite places to stay when we go to Daytona. It’s far enough down the road from all the action to allow the peace I’m looking for when we visit, yet a short drive to get in on the action if we so choose. They are one of the few that have direct beach access and the pool was open. Lots of hotels are still under renovation. Traders restaurant is off the lobby and you get a drink voucher for everyone in your party over 21. I’m a heavy coffee drinker. I went downstairs to ask for extra coffee for the room and the staff was sweet enough to give me a small bag with enough to finish our stay. Speaking of staff, they were so friendly and personable. While they are quick to get you checked in and provide their services, you never feel rushed. We always get an oceanfront with kitchenette. I’ve yet to be disappointed.

This isn’t a complaint. Like most hotels, they are a non smoking property. Some will provide a smoking area, this property does not. Walking to the beach or to your car to have a smoke was a bit of an inconvenience. Would be nice to have a designated smoking space away from the common areas. Aside from that, it was a great stay.

Location was exceptional beachfront, the pool is very nice and has its own restaurant, but the breakfast is not a buffet they give you voucher which you can use for limited order menu but breakfast is made to order which is actually good.

Money was put.into the place but.place was a little run down, it was updated and renovated and was clean, bed is uncomfortable pillow is so tiny very uncomfortable. Only one Elevator is working but barely, we stayed at the 5th floor and everytime we go down everyone use stairs because the Elevator button doesn't work in the 5th floor.

There was a gentleman working the front desk and he was not the best. We had another guest enter our room at 1am mistakenly because they were given keys to our room. When we went down to let them know what happened the next morning, this gentleman simply said “yeah I know”. There was no apology or offer to do anything about it, nothing. Let me say, it wasn’t horrible or even very bad, it was just in bad taste how this incident was responded to. There were 1 or 2 smaller incidents but overall it was a good stay.

Rooms were very nice and bed sleep comfortable

I was very upset about my vehicle being towed when my parking pass was on the dash but with the paper being soooo thin and when I opened my door to get out of my car for the night wind blew it to floor of car, so tow service did not take time to go inside and ask if owner was staying in hotel. It cost me $222.48 plus taxi to go to tow area of $25.00. Nights prior to rough wind I always had my parking pass on the dash of my vehicle and Saturday night wind was real bad and I told all how it must of gotten blown off to the floor of car but seemed no one cared.
