The staff was very friendly. From the moment I got there the man and the woman who was being trained were very nice and helpful. They explained the map of the resort, and told me where some good places to eat dinner were at. The maintenance man also showed me where breakfast was. He even told me if anything broke to let him know, he would fix it.

The hurricane damage from 2 years ago really takes away from how pretty the property could be. With the walking paths to the beach being blocked off, and having to walk by the pools instead of a straight path to the beach was disappointing. There was also not a basketball court like advertised. My room did not have any wash clothes. I had to go to the lobby to get some. The lady was nice about it and went to the laundry room to get some for me.

I loved the ocean view. Housekeeping was amazing! One lady in particular was very helpful and always made sure we had clean linens. I never caught her name, but I do know she’s been there since September. She deserves a raise! I have a large family..I traveled with 2 adults and 5 kids and I love the fact that we were all able to sleep in one hotel room and have plenty of space. The beds were super comfy.

While the beds are super comfy, I’m not sure the point of the closet that acts as a headboard? There is a big gap between the bed and headboard because of it so all your pillows fall between the gap at night. I had to take couch cousins to fill the gap. Also the elevator is very slow.

Oceanfront. Pool where I could watch kids play from my room! Front office Jennifer was phenomenal and so was maintenance on our safe and shower head.

The older housekeeper. We had all days except one. She was terrible explaining we couldn’t have towels because she didn’t have any. Try the front office for swim towels. Jennifer fixed us up with real towels no problem. The 6th day we asked for a bed change and vacuum. She threw the sheets at my kids, explained there was only 3 housekeepers, and said I’ll be here until 7. Nobody on vacation should worry or feel like a burden. I got the vacuum myself and we changed the sheets. Besides her everything was 10 stars. One person can really put a damper on your vacation where you are t supposed to worry.

The young man who checked us in was very polite and professional. The room was clean and well kept. Would definitely stay there again

I think housekeeping did make one slight mistake by missing that there were no washcloths in our room for showering. At 1 a.m. I wasn't going to go ask for one, but that one small mistake was not a deal breaker. I understand that it is a smoke free facility, listing does say there is a designated smoking area.... It's the sidewalk out front. For a woman going out alone for a smoke after dark, That is NOT safe and should be rethought

Ms Virginia was a doll. She started every day with a smile!! Michael at the front desk was the best!! Very accommodating. We loved the pool and beach access!!

I loved that it was oceanfront. It basically had everything we needed in room. The staff was amazing. Everyone we ran across always had a kind word and smile. It had 2 pools which was awesome. It did have a continental breakfast.

The elevator!!! Geez oh mighty, the thing had a mind of it's own. Really thought it was haunted, the way it kept going up and down no matter what you pushed and stopping. Lol, not the usuual up and down guys, like randomness. The beach access was KINDA wierd but hey, we had it. Overall, I'd stay here again.

Location at the beach, also staff was nice and kind. Beds were comfortable with multiple pillows. Place has a laundry service which is good.

Pool and grill area were outdatet and under construction, elevators had no air conditioning, room air conditioners were loud, room with a kitchen did not have basic kitchen accessories (can opener, cheese grater etc). TV remote had no EPG so it was not possible to get channel information. It would have been nice if breakfast was served until 10 am.

They are actively working on updates but our room was exactly what we needed for our trip. We had a double bed balcony room with fridge. Fridge worked fine. Staff was very nice! Wasn't too crowded at pool or beach. Literally walked from hotel pool to beach. AC worked great.

Some rust and worn down things but like I mentioned they are actively working on hotel.

At first glance when we pulled up my husband wasn't too sure about the place but after checking in and seeing our room it was very clean and spacious. Traveling with two kids and an infant we need the space. We had a full kitchen with fridge, oven and microwave:)

Only one of the pools was open after I was told all three pools would be and it sits behind and between the buildings so no sun gets in which is weird but the pool was heated so I'll give them that. Also some rust around the tub in the bathroom which is an eyesore needs to be fixed ASAP! Lastly the hotel could use a fresh coat of paint.

I enjoyed that family’s were able to gather outside and talk and no one complained about noise everyone was respectful about it

I wish there was more parking near the south entrance there we’re a lot of cars and not enough spaces also some people who weren’t staying in the hotel during the day were parking at the hotel taking up space for this actually staying there
