Pool and Tiki Bar was great, front desk was very kind. beds were very comfortable and rooms were nice.

The Elevators creeped meaning slower than Christmas. used the stairs most the time. The back of the beds were very flimsy and made lots of noise when hit. the patio had cigarette degree and was flooded from the a/c unit.

Our room was clean and nice, but unfortunately the only thing that I would say they need to change is there continental breakfast it consisted of cereal and muffins no toaster bagel and they had a woman checking for bands as u walked in we called her the breakfast Nazi , my boyfriend was told he was not allowed to fill up my big cup with coffee which is what we usually do so we can bring it to the room and both drink off of it ….. they acted like this breakfast was made of gold I have stayed in other hotels where you have access to coffee 24 seven was a little bit ridiculous…

I loved the location. The beds were comfy. Hotel was clean, great value, and loved the balcony view of the beach. I love that the rooms had a kitchenette with glassware, plates, silverware. I like the fact that the hotel offered Continental breakfast as well. My suggestion is get a waffle maker! That’d be awesome. I also like the fact they had an armed guard made us feel much safer there. Staff was always helpful and accommodating!

I didn’t like the fact that the Jacuzzi was broken during our stay, which would have been great since it was such cold weather. The restaurant prices are a bit high so I didn’t really get to eat there. It was $25 for two appetizers. Yikes. The floors throughout the hotel were a bit slippery also. This doesn’t have anything really to do with the hotel but if you were walking on the sidewalk, there is a portion right past the hotel that is closed and very dangerous to by pass with the oncoming traffic. Hope that’s fixed asap!

I stay at this hotel often. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Pool is nice and location is great.

I don't like that you can only park one vehicle on the property. Parking is open to the public (people who haven't even paid to stay there) and yet those who actually pay to stay can only park one vehicle. My daughter and son-in-law had to park down the street and they paid to stay at the hotel! Not fair at all. I also didn't like that there was a "bike ride" going on where random people were riding bicycles to different properties (hotels), hanging out drinking until it was time to move to the next location so it made it VERY difficult for guest who were staying at the property to get to the tiki bar for a drink or to even have a table to sit outside and enjoy the music.

Great location and staff. Nice room and we LOVED the balcony. The Tiki Bar was awesome. And having the Landshark bar and Crabby Joe's a short walk away was great.

The bed was unbelievably uncomfortable. I'm glad we just stayed two nights. The bathroom was TINY. And, really, I can't believe in the 21st century why even SMALL bathrooms don't have air.fans. Does anyone NOT have one in their home bathrooms these days? And we understand that there is no beach access because of the storm, but it seems like the hotel could provide some access, maybe at the empty lot next door even as a temporary fix. Still, we prefer private hotel to the big corporations and we had a fine time.

It was clean, welcoming, it had a very convent location. They had a bar and restaurant at the hotel, they have golf cart rentals at the hotel, they had security every night, the pool doesn’t close until 11pm,! Only things I didn’t like was I paid for a “ocean front room, when booking there was about a 40$ difference in “ocean front” and side view only To find out when arriving that it was a side view because they actually don’t have ocean front. Also hot tub was not working. I will have coming back the end of may! Over all I really Enjoyed my stay!

The location was great. The price was good, and the comfort level was perfect.

The front desk clerk made me wait through 2 phone calls even after I got there while she was on the first call. Waited 20 minutes to receive assistance. The room was comfortable. Checked beds, underneath mattress was a bunch of dirt, crumbs, and pubic hairs from not being cleaned thoroughly.. The bathroom stall had hair. Overall cleaning could be better if attended thoroughly. Thanks!!

They were still working on the patio but it was still nice. Entertainment was great, food was great, bartending staff was great!! Rooms were very large too.

It needs to be updated and there is a weird smell off and on throughout the hotel rooms.

The Location is just great, really on the beach, with a nice Tiki bar what belongs to the Hotel but also open for Public. There are Karaoke nights as well. The Rooms are spacious, but the Bath was really small. I am a 6`10 Guy, and in the Tube i reached the Ceiling. Also if you need to use the Toilet, you have to need small. Otherwise the room was nice, had a small kitchenette, and Fridge. There was also Breakfast, but noth worth to mention. It will be sharply guarded to wear the armwrist, otherwise, you dont get anything out of the Breakfast room. Parking is also great.

The Bath was really small, the strict lady at the Breakfast room, otherwise i dont find anything to complain

I enjoyed the location of the hotel. It was right on the beach off the pool deck. The beach was beautiful with soft sand and very clean. There was little to no trash on the beach. The hotel was within walking distance of resturaunts and entertainment. The staff at the hotel was absolutely excellent and so very kind. They helped make this a wonderful experience for our group.

The hotel itself is in need of some room updates, like working bathroom fans for the moisture of the shower or a shower curtain to prevent water from getting on the floor of one of the bathrooms. Instead of having a third full sized bed as the room described, we had to request a roll away bed so our whole party could have a bed to sleep. The staff took care of the issue promptly.
