Great location, quick walk to the beach. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was great and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

I wish I had known we could drive in the beach! So much nicer than walking and carrying everything. We walked back and got the car and parked on the beach. I'm not so much a fan of every other day room cleaning. Not having to make the bed and have a pile of dirty towels is one reason I opted to not go to an air b&b.i use fresh towels when I shower, being that close to the beach and having a pool does sometimes mean showing twice a day. I head to call for extra towels, which were QuickTime delivered to our door. :)

The front desk staff, I think his name is Anthony, was very helpful as we had made a mistake with our reservation. The property is not your usual Hampton inn, it's very quaint and right in the heart of the bustling restaurant/bar strip in New Smyrna Beach. We met Mr. Cox, the resident rooster and had our breakfast in the beautiful courtyard adjacent to the breakfast area.

Parking lot is cramped and we got the very last spot.

When we arrived we were put in a room 1st floor front of hotel where road construction was taking place. The construction crew was right outside our window and walking to check-in area very loud. We immediately went to check- in and told them that was unacceptable- and they moved us. The room they moved us to was 3rd floor back of hotel and so quiet😁. I will say they weren’t very pleasant from initial check-in and changing rooms, but the staff at checkout was great very friendly.

Had a SUNRISE wedding to attend on the Beach so location was important but we also needed a Suite that could accomodate my husband and I as well as our 2 sons (ages 22 & 24). They were on pullout couch and rollaway bed and were comfortable except a bit cold (we should have requested a blanket for each but didnt realize it till really late that night)

Tub was slow to drain

I really like the Hampton Inn, I am a returning guest of many years. The room is comfortable and the breakfast is very good. My granddaughter loves the make yourself waffles. The staff is friendly and helpful. Cannot wait until we go again next March.

Spring break started early, not the hotels fault. They handled it well.

The check in person was very helpful and friendly , the breakfast was great, and the location was perfect.

For an older adult, the bathroom facilities could be improved. The tub needs more grab bars in a more convent location, and the toilet needs to be raised up at least a foot. Very hard to get up when you are almost sitting on the floor.

Cute building and I felt very comfortable while staying! It was also at a perfect location for someone traveling to Florida for the first time because it was walking distance to many different shops and a beach!

I wish the pool was more heated but it was probably because the weather outside wasn’t the hottest!

Location was great - we walked all over town. The hotel was clean and we enjoyed the outdoor patio.

I didn't notice that there is a parking charge of $22 PER DAY! We stayed ONE night and were charged $44 for 2 days. Since we were there less than 24 hours, I expected to be charged $22, not $44. You may want to highlight this on your website to avoid surprises.

I loved the whole ambiance of the grounds, so pretty, picturesque. the breakfast had something for everyone, was very good. loved the central location - could walk to shops and restaurants and be satisfied

no exhaust fan in the bathroom although there was a/c

Location is what we liked, could walk to restaurants and shops. Sitting outside on the chairs and just reading a book and watching all the going ons was also enjoyable.

That my daughter wasn't put next to us.I paid for 2 rooms and even asked the receptionist if they could put her in the ajoining room but she denied the request.
