Exceptional staff, excellent pricing considering I booked the hotel 10 minutes before I got there. Had a small inconvenience that the staff solved promptly and with great professionalism. I’m in hotels constantly and I Will be using BW+ in the future, as I had no idea how good of an experience I’d have being there. On Nov10, my check out day, I was surprised to learn my clean, quiet, low cost room, came with a full course breakfast! I’ve stayed at $375 a night hotels with “$17.99 per person” breakfast catering. Thank you to the African American gentleman at the front desk on the morning of the 10th, I wish I caught his name. For my minor inconvenience, he took off close to $50 dollars for the sake of making sure I had an excellent experience. That 50 dollars, combined with the excellent experience, will give Best Western Plus my business for any future trips I go on. Thank you for the courtesy and professionalism BW+.

Location was great, staff very friendly, great value for the money. Great continental breakfast. I can not say enough about the cleanliness of the hotel. We'd leave around 9 every morning and come back late evenings to a freshly made bed and fresh bath linens.

Furniture and rooms are dated and need a face-lift. Beds weren't very comfortable. The shower was not very desirable, very low ceiling in shower. I'm 5'7" and couldn't extend my arm straight above my head while showering. The water pressure was not great.

The hotel is located in a good location with plenty of shops and stores nearby. The hotel is also a short drive away from the beach. Overall, I really liked the Staff, hotel location and my hotel room.

I was located at the end side of the hotel on the 2nd floor and could not get a stable wifi connection. Therefore, the wifi was very slow or unworkable. I would loved it if they had a wifi extender or something to provide good coverage to the entire hotel. Another thing that could be improved are the food selection for breakfast.

the edges of the property had alot of garbage in the bushes and should ha ve been cleaned up and to help prevent this problem would be some garbage cans around the outside . visitors should also be more respectful and not throw their trash on the ground

Great value, friendly staff, and really good breakfast! The facilities looked very modern and clean. The pool and surrounding areas were awesome.

The bedding, especially the blankets need to be replaced. The cover had a frayed hole and the blanket was also very worn out.

I traveled to Palm Coast for business. The hotel exceeded my expectations in cleanliness and in the amenities. Nathan has awesome customer service skills and I commented his commitment to the organization.

My only issue was the mattress was a little too firm for my liking. A plusher one would have been great.

Every staff member was very friendly and most helpful. Great breakfast was a nice bonus with fresh scrambled eggs, fruit, and lots of other options. Very clean establishment. Pool looked great but it was too chilly out to get to use it. Felt safe there and on the grounds while traveling with my mother. Very convenient location.

The staff especially the front desk were friendly and helpful and so were the cleaning staff. The rooms were very clean and staff very helpful. Great place to stay and will go back next year. Very close to restaurants and shopping and entertainment. Even real scrambled eggs.

There was nothing I didn't like..

breakfast was great! staff was very nice and accomadating. surrounding area was quiet and safe enough for me to detach my trailer with a car on it from my truck and go enjoy a day at the beach without worry.

it was convenient off the highway. it was clean and comfortable

The stay included breakfast but coffee ran out, no yogurt and the food was replenished super slowly. It was the only drawback but I do understand it was during the holidays and were pretty full to capacity!
