Nice big room, bed was descent. Like that there was no carpet in the room. Liked being on the first floor. The window seat with padding was really cool. If I had a little one they would have wanted to sleep on it. Really good clothing storage with drawers and closet.

Bedframe was metal and would make noise when getting on and off the bed. HVAC/AC needs some work, Wish there had been a second semi see through drapes so we could open the curtain to let light come in but not let people see in.

Everything was very good and comfortable. The only minor problem was the A/C: turned on-off repeatedly and loud. The staff were exceptionally good and helpful, including the breakfast "chef". He was very enjoyable and started our day on a happy note, even with our emergency situation!

There was one fella there that sang as he served in the breakfast lounge area. What a pleasant experience for the staff to be so happy. I asked him if he really liked his job there so well or if he had Jesus in his heart...he replied, "both"! He truly made our breakfast time full of Sonshine. The breakfast foods served was better than many other hotels. Thank you for that !

Coffee bar needs to be amped up. It's the future man. A couple options for boldness and maybe some cream flavor choices. It would pair so well with the food this location offers. Lounge area chairs need a deep clean or replaced.

From the moment you walk into the hotel, the person at the reception desk was helpful and I noticed he was bilingual, he was able to help another guest settle in who seemed to be having a first-time visit to The United States of America. I had a booking, but while I was waiting in the lounge for my Taxi the other day I noticed they were taking in check-ins from people who didn't have a booking, which is another plus point, the Hotel was packed (sold out) but still, it didn't seem like it kudos to the management team for keeping the premises of the hotel so clean even in such busy times. I must say since I was on a budget-friendly traveling, this was the best place for the buck I could find. It's close to the beach than I expected. The staff is well versed & helped me with printing a few documents I needed on urgent basis. I must say the Staff, Location, Services & Cleanliness was on point.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Little living room area and a window seat. Plenty of space for a few nights stay with a little eating area. Bed was comfy and quiet. Couldnt hear neighbors. Staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good with a cheerful attendant. Location was just off 95. We came for the Daytona race and it was just an easy 30 min drive away.

Elevator was having some hiccups but the building is only 3 stories so no big deal and they were fixed quickly.

The hotel was clean and everyone was very nice. The front desk girl Kienny that checked us in was amazing. She was very sweet and helped be sure we were settled.

The bed could have been softer but I slept ok. I have a bad back so it is hard for me to find a comfortable bed.

Clean, friendly staff and welcoming. Breakfast was very good and the gentleman helper was excellent.

Stayed for six nights and had to ask for a change of towels on day 5. Sheets not changed at all and I emptied the bins. Whether this was policy I don’t know. I realise not the hotels fault but for 5 nights, we had a child gymnast doing somersaults and cartwheels in the room directly above. Stopped by 2200. Hotel could be noisy with guests slamming doors until late.

Clean room. My daughter especially liked the soft wide mattress on the windowsill ! Man at the front desk was very positive, friendly…even though we arrived at midnight( night Feb 25-26) Women at the kitchen was helpful during the breakfast. Thank you

The area was nice, I'd stayed at their sister hotel just up the road last year. The room was comfortable and spacious and the water hot and a good pressure. Easy to get to and from Welcome to Rockville.

Quite a few of the wall plugs in the room(318) need to be replaced. They were very loose and wouldn't hold my plugs.

The cleaness of the room & how the was quick on cleaning up the room & the environment was very safe comfortable, staff was A plus.

Whst i didn't like is that when I was checking out at 430AM no one wasn't at the front desk to take my keys or give me a receipt. Needed to catch a 7AM Flight in Jacksonville & I still haven't received my 50 dollar credit back on my card
