Easy access, safe area , clean friendly staff and helpful

Room smelled musty and humid, they had ambient smell of menthol and eucalipto en los aposentos pero es un shock cuando se entra al aposento, se oye todo el ruido del aposento de al lado, bicicross con l tv. LS 6 de la mañana y la fiesta la noche anterior , i thought it was overpriced

Location is good and room is clean. The Hotel has good parking space too.

I did not like it that just about an hour after we checked in, another couple checked in and was given the same room as ours. Definitely uncomfortable.. Imagine if that happened during the night 😒 They sorted it out eventually but still not a nice thing to experience.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful Good breakfast & decent restaurant Good location as far as Santo Domingo goes It's possible to have an okay workout in the gym, it's small but much better than nothing Really high ceilings (at least in my room)

There was one cockroach in my room

the rooms are very well design specially the business floor the free parking very convinient for the center

no have liquid soap, no tooth brush and so on.. for the price paid I think need more this

Construction works on a Friday from (at least) 2 pm to 6 pm - makes it very difficult to work in peace in your room. That same on a SATURDAY at 9.30am. Not up to the level expected. Staff took notice but not much besides that. Also laundry was not delivered into the room - reception insisted it was because of "do not disturb" sign....which was not there. After 3 times insisting it was not placed, i gave up discussion and just took my clothes.

The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. I particularly loved the staff in the restaurant.

I had to pay significantly more than the rate that was confirmed with booking.com for my stay at the property. This greatly affected my trip.

The of the room were good, My room was fairly. The room have a comfortable bed and nice shower. The Holiday Inn is within walking distance from Agora Mall and other restaurants

The check-in process was long, we had to wait about 90 min to check-in... Check-in is at 3, We got to our rooms about 430.

We appreciated the size of the room, quiet comfortability, and easy access to multiple malls and restaurants like Agora Mall, Laurel, and Campagna. Its not a luxury hotel per say, but its definitely a good home base to get around the city from that doesn't suck. Wifi works well for free.

The elevator was strange as it would sometimes not go to the floor you wanted it to and would favor the newest number pressed over going to floors in order when multiple guests were sharing the elevator ride together. Kind of annoying, but manageable.

The property was very clean and in a good location

The beds in the rooms were hard, they need to be softer I do not want to feel like I’m sleeping on a brick. The pillows look fluffy but soon as you lay on them they go flat

Well I need dark to sleep so I would prefer no light at the closet and better pillows
