Such a great breakfast with MANY options! Attention to detail; like taking the butter pats out of the fridge to soften so they would melt well on the hot toast or waffles. Choices for any diet or age. Plus a delicious hot buffet.

This may be picky, but the hotel has incredible potential. I think the staff is learning to interact with the guests still. Most are very friendly and will take care of a request, but that extra service is sometimes missing. When I checked out at the 11 am time there was no one at the desk. I had been instructed to come down to the desk to check out at 11 am (normal time). I ended up talking to someone on the desk phone who said just leave the keys on the desk. They couldn't be bothered or they are too short staffed?? Seems like a missed opportunity to interact with guests. Maybe you should send your employees to a Disney resort to get a feel for what could be. This place has the potential to be exceptional with a little more effort.

I liked the location of this hotel, it's on a hill overlooking most of Wickenburg, so you have fantastic views. It was nice, clean and comfortable.

Sooo... when I booked this hotel room on Booking.com, I received a message from Booking stating that my booking didn't come with a breakfast option. I figured, since I was booking for an overnight stay on NYE, that it must just be short-staffed for NY and no problem, we will just pick up cereal for breakfast. Woke up at 8am on NY, got dressed, went down stairs to grab a cup of coffee since they had creamer down there and found a full open, HOT breakfast available to everyone staying at the hotel. Seriously??? So just call the hotel to double check for your stay, otherwise we would have gotten up earlier and gotten breakfast from downstairs.

First night was bad…there was a problem with the ventilation system and we could not get any sleep…the male front desk person was very rude and it was awful. Then the next morning the lady at the front desk was an ANGEL and helped us move to a quiet room and was very accommodating to us…that guy that checked us in needs a customer service course…we even talked about leaving Cobblestone and going to another hotel…

The hotel restaurant was closed on Monday, the day we checked in. I was really looking forward to dining there because their menu looked delicious, and i would have liked to order our meal from there so we could have a break from lower quality food options while traveling. So, it was def disappointing.

The hotel was very clean. Staff is very friendly. They have a Starbucks coffee bar and tea station!!! Love it!!

The elevator was acting out like my 10 years child, we had to take stairs, which was okay.

Amazing customer service and room was very clean and quiet!

On the first night the HVAC system was very loud in our room…which they took care of and moved us to a very quiet and comfortable room!!

Restaurant on site, close to wedding venue and site seeing, great breakfast, dogs allowed.

I just wished there was a jacuzzi 😃

Could have had grab bars in shower. Never found an ice machine. Disappointed that the bar and restaurant were not open on Sunday.
