Clean, close to everything , quite the check in was great ! Friendly and helpful. My daughter forgot her toothbrush and they supplied her with one .

Leaving I asked for a paper receipt...I was told booking .com would send me one. I asked for a receipt with the charges. Got rolled eyes and was told I could get only room charges ... This receipt had no fees since I had no extra charges. I again asked for a printed receipt with all fees charged to my card reluctantly, and with attitude, I was given a receipt as I had requested . Obviously, I could get a receipt. She just didn't want to do the little bit of extra to do so . I've had issues in the past, the only reason I had asked in the first place and didn't really need the difficulty obtaining a simple receipt of what was to be charged on my credit card. I ask politely and expected the same respect and response to a fair request from a guest .

The breakfast was very good! The location is sorta isolated now with an open field on the other side the street. Some day it will be built up.

I somehow left the room and left my hearing aid charger I believe on the couch next to the small suitcase it should have gone into. I drove to Tucson and found out that evening that I did not have it. I waited until the next morning to call and see if you folks might have found it. I was going to have UPS bring it to Tucson, but changed my mind and drove back to the hotel to get it. Very pleased with your process of lost & found items. Thank You,

It was very clean, the staff were all very nice, the breakfast was great. The room was comfortable and I liked the daily housekeeping service that occurred without having to request it. Great to have a guest laundry, as our travel was two weeks and it was nice to freshen our clothes.

Everything was well done, no issues or complaints. My husband would have liked if the property had a bar and restaurant, but I was fine with the breakfast offered.

The property is centrally located in Surprise, AZ. Easy to get to anything. They lock the front entry doors (street side) after 6 PM which left us needing to take a hike around the building to check in, with luggage. This is ok, but people checking in should be warned so as not to be dropped off out front.

Everything was very clean and nice. I liked that I could see my car from my room.

I travel with a cooler and use ice packs. There was no freezer space in the refrigerator to put my freezer packs to refreeze.

Everything was well appointed, the staff was excellent and accommodating, the provided breakfast was varied and tasty.

The only suggestion I can make is to please have water constantly available in the same area the 24 hour coffee is available.

No problems After the previous night in a motel owned by another chain, where we didn't sleep worth a damn, landing here was a most comfortable godsend. Breakfast was better than most hotel fare with tasty coffee and muffins. Jason was welcoming and helpful, checking us in AND out the next morning.

Since it was an overnight and gone, no issues occurred

Very well kept and staff were very respectful and friendly. Good variety for breakfast selection and I was not rushed out like they do at the Hampton Inn. Breakfast staff were very friendly and accomodating. Kudos to them.

Breakfast was complete each morning and the staff was very attentive to keeping the entire area refreshed and very clean. One of the best I have been to visit.
