The facility is exceptionally well maintained and clean. The staff exhibited a high level of friendliness and demonstrated considerable accommodation towards guests. The Trisha at the front desk was particularly commendable. I contacted the hotel on the day of check-in to request an early arrival. I was pleasantly surprised when Trisha informed me a room was available immediately. Upon my arrival, merely ten minutes later, she welcomed me at the counter with a warm smile.

We were traveling from California and got caught up in a storm and booked last minute. We were able to find a room for less then a $100, the room was a 2 queen bed suite, and Angel at the front desk couldn't have been kinder. My entire group was exhausted from the adventures and anxious about the storm, this was a wonderful blessing and I will book again for future adventures.

The lighting in the room, room has a small kitchen with appliances, with a very clean refrigerator that makes its own ice, perfect for this AZ heat. The bathroom was very clean with enough clean towels . Pet friendly. Budget friendly as well specially for a last minute weekend booking.

The mattress could be a little bit better, in my opinion, but comfortable none the less.

Friendly staff, amazing room, comfy beds, and perfect location. Room was clean, lobby was clean, and coffee area was clean. We checked in at night and staff were so freidnly and welcoming. Only thing I didn't like was not being informed of the $100 deposit beforehand. Other than that, you'll have a great time.

Front desk employees had excellent customer service. When I came down they addressed me with asking how my room was, was I happy and comfortable. Very nice people.

Nothing pertaining to the staff or hotel. Mother nature took over that night keeping us from going swimming.

An employee named Jared was very welcoming and had great people skills. I like the convenience of the property: easy to find and less than a minute off the freeway. The room was tidy, which had a comfortable bed. The big refrigerator was a plus.

The room had a scent to it, like a teenager’s room- had like a person’s odor. It’s tough to explain but it just seemed it wasnt quite clean. Maybe some air freshener would help.

I enjoyed that they had a kitchenette and the beds were super comfy.

The only thing needed in the room is dishes. They have cookware to purchase but if you are visiting and have to fly home, you can’t take it home. Thankfully I had family in town & was able to borrow cookware & dishes

The area is a very busy traffic area, even at 10 pm. Even though the hotel is right by the street, we had to turn around because we didn't spot the hotel. The hotel itself was great, but the traffic sure wasn't. Also limited choices for a late dinner in the immediate area.

Location was great- never utilized the breakfast option

Either a simple walk away breakfast option, yogurt, bagel, fresh fruit. Or utensils like plates, cups, silverware- coffee pot instead of single serve coffee maker-room offers great utilities of a stove top, large refrigerator- would have saved us money on constantly dining out. The offer of a breakfast served in the room was nice, but it’s all frozen microwave food (could have done that ourselves).

It was clean. But when we got to room it smelled. They used a wet vac on carpet and it smelled musty. I actually had to sprinkle carpet freshener

The above mentioned. Plus when they say breakfast available. It's not really breakfast it's like frozen jimmy dean sausages. Also the cost was a couple 100 extra because the nascar race was taking place hate when hotels gouge you because they know you don't have much of a option
