The hotel was very clean and close to the Talking Stick Concert Venue. Plenty of restaurants near by.

The pool is detached from the hotel and small. There is no designated areas for your dogs to relieve themselves so they have to go on rocks in a desert. My reservation for a suite got bumped and we got stuck with a two queen room with a family of 4 and a dog. They did offer a full refund but it was already late in the day on a weekend so trying to find another hotel would have been a nightmare. They did provide an extra cot at no cost at my request.

The location, cleanliness, & the breakfast selection very much exceeded my expectations. The rooms were so clean and cozy. The room was also very roomy. The front desk ladies are very kind and welcoming. It was our second time staying here & I don’t believe we will stay anywhere else when we visit phoenix!

Nothing against the hotel - the pool was just under maintenance so we couldn’t enjoy that but not a deal breaker AT ALL.

Accommodations exceeded expectations. VERY clean, beds were beyond comfortable, very friendly staff, and locations is super convenient.

EXTREMELY disappointed the pool was closed. Although the reasoning is understandable (new hotel doesn't have city permit yet), it is unacceptable to not notify the customer prior to booking. Regardless of how the room was booked (I used booking.com), customers should be notified if facilities are out of order. Especially when it comes to something as important as a pool.

The hotel is either new or newly remodeled, so everything is in top condition. The bed was comfortable and there was a nice workspace. My daughter loved the lounge chair and spent hours reading in it. The breakfast was good. The hot food changed slightly each day. The staff were all nice, especially the lady responsible for breakfast.

Nice clean and comfortable room. The complimentary breakfast was great! The location was perfect for our stay, as it was very close to the amphitheater. There are lots of good restaurants nearby as well.

Our room was the closest one to the lobby on the first floor, so there was some noise from the staff closet and lobby traffic. Other than that,our stay was perfect, and I would highly recommend this place!

The guy at the front desk was kind, patience and process good customer service skills. He was amazing. The young ladies was smiling and nice. I will never stay anywhere else but this hotel. The breakfast was fabulous

Location was excellent as it was close to the location we were visiting, very central to all areas of interest to us during our visit

Not much to dislike maybe the fact that we missed breakfast but that is on us. Otherwise not much to dislike about this hotel

My only complain is about the people above me..I canned and made a complaint at 1am because they were just running a marathon up there. Noise didn’t stop until 4am and began again from 8-9. So much for rest.

The pool, gym, beds were comfortable, clean & remodeled beautifully. The best staff member was Lisa, an absolute joy

The pancake machine was inoperative, my kids were bummed. The young gentleman at the front wasn’t overly helpful or warm, I had a couple questions, he just wasn’t knowledgeable like a front desk position should be

The only complain is they didn’t have cinnamon rolls at all during our stay. How can you not have your signature item? Everything else was great except they wouldn’t allow an early check in so don’t show up early.
