Loved the location, the friendly staff, the size of the room and the complementary laundry facility. The breakfast was decent as well. The depth of the pool was perfect for us with little kiddos.

There was some miscommunication with the staff with not coming in to turnover the room. I would’ve liked if the running water for the pool was cold, especially being in Arizona and how hot it is outside. I felt like I was in a hot salt bath. Did not care for the damage fees that they hold or that you have to pay for unsecured parking at a daily rate.

The breakfast was very good. The staff so very quickly found us a new room on the same floor that was reportedly personally inspected by a housekeeping staff member. We were also asked which of several different floors we wanted our room to be located.

It would have been better if there hadn't been a bug found coming from underneath the pillow of the bed in the first room that we were assigned. It also would have been helpful if there had been a comforter in the room for the sofa bed, in addition to the one for the bed, and/or a notice indicating where such was located if there was one present that we didn't see/find. The location seemed to be very difficult to access via the roadways and GPS directions provider. Also, we would have preferred if the location were further north in Glendale, Arizona.

It looked exactly like I saw when I booked it. It was walking distance to everything! Restaurants shopping and entertainment.

The pillows could have big bigger and they seemed old and worn. Also, I was surprised that I was being charged $50 per night when I called prior to arriving to ask if there was any additional charges other than my room stay required when I check in I was told $50 for incidentals. Which I thought was for the entire stay. I stay at the Hampton often when I travel for business and I have only been charged $50 total when I stay whether it is 2 nights or 4 nights, Not sure if the requirements are different from state to state. The information needs to be communicated clearly that there is a charge for each night! When I heard $50 I received that as for the total stay.

The breakfast was good with a variety of options to select from. It was always clean and presentable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Although the clock in the room was broken, maintenance replaced the clock. However, we had no idea on how to set the time. The other thing is that the remote control to the television didn't appear to be working properly, but that was replaced for us as well. Other than that, the room was quite nice.

The property was great, didn’t smell musky. The location was great within walking distance of stores, food and nightclubs. Within walking distance of the State Farm Stadium. Breakfast was great variety of options, they do provide different options, so you’re not eating the same thing each morning. The rooms were nice, housekeeping was amazing. They actually came in cleaned up the rooms tidied them up made the beds. We had some throw blankets. They actually made them nice and neat on the bed to make it look more Homie, which I felt was going above and beyond. The pool and hot tub were clean. Staff was amazing! This was about 20 minutes from hurricane Harbor.

The room was spacious (king), and the bed was comfortable. I liked the shower. The shower head was clean, with no sign of Limescale, and I adjusted it so that all of the water settings worked. The water pressure was good. I liked the big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the shower. The bottles were full, and the product was excellent and pleasant to smell. Every lamp base had a USB port and a standard outlet. The staff at this hotel was excellent. The overnight desk clerks were patient and very helpful. The morning desk clerk was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area as we needed directions to the event we were attending. The kitchen staff was also kind and quick to ensure everything was clean and well-stocked.

The placement of the ADA bar in the shower was too close. I banged my elbow while washing my hair. There was only one creamer pack in the in-room coffee bar. The ice machine was not marked on the first floor.

Breakfast was great! Breakfast staff person was really helpful. She went as far as getting me a box for food to take up to my daughter who was too tired to come down. I had an issue one night with my television not getting signal so the front desk called maintenance who responded within 10mins and had my television back up and running within 15mins. The pool was amazing as well. I felt like I was at a resort!

This hotel was great! The staff was amazing! The room was huge!! Everything was nice and up to date. The dinning/breakfast area was very spacious and the staff was constantly replenishing the food and maintaining the eating area. Breakfast option were good. The pool area was very nice and spacious! GREAT location!! Everything is within walking distance.

The hotel was a little pricey BUT we stayed over a holiday weekend and knew we would pay a little more. The only other thing was our bed squeezed a bit. Not a huge deal but it did get a little annoying.

I loved the location. It was walking distance to the venue. The hotel was quiet which made it easy to rest. The beds were comfortable. The room overall was clean. The location of the hotel is in a good area and felt safe staying there.

At the time of checking out I waited for a long time. There were other guests waiting to check out and they informed me that the receptionist was calling her supervisor. As I waited a line of guests formed. When the receptionist finally came, I did not get a friendly smile. She did apologize but her tone of voice did not agree with the apology.

Stayed here for an NFL game. Staff were so friendly - really made our stay. Location is spot on for state farm stadium and the retail outlet centre. Room was large enough but very simple. Pool is really nice and free towels are helpful. Breakfast also included. Good stay overall.

Room is old fashioned. Breakfast could have more options but it did what it needed to do.
