I liked the location. My father passed away a few months ago. So my mom sold there house and moved to Arizona. So we came to spend Thanksgiving with her. It was 13 minutes away from the hotel.

I didn’t like the towels. They were rough on my face and body. I had a margarita at the bar and it was small and very expensive $16.00 for a cadalic margarita. It must of been 4 ounces of margarita and the rest was ice. Not worth it. My husband asked the bartender why he didn’t put the The Gran Manir on the side and he offered to do it on the next drink. I finished it and we left. We needed up at Dave & Busters and I paid $11.00 for Cadillac margarita and it was at least 16 ounces.

I didn’t like how the AC was motion censored. I’m a hot sleeper and enjoy my room cold at night. With my room being on the 4th floor (heat rises) and my room being dark, I’d wake up multiple times to my room being 78 degrees. Which is too uncomfortable for me. Other than that my stay was great!

We ate late in the breakfast window, and the quality of food showed. What oatmeal was left was inedible. Overall the food was adequate - typical hotel breakfast food. Good enough, not worthy of any praise.

Staff should keep quality of food consistent throughout the breakfast hours. One should be able to expect the same food at anytime during the breakfast window.

It is so close to anything you want today or food loved it will stay here ever time. Everyone was do nice and the breakfast was great something different everyday.

It did not have a scale to weigh my luggage headed back to the airport. I think that might be something good to have.

We had a wonderful time food was better the only thing I think I would change is when a new guest checks in I feel it is unsanitary to keep the old roll of toilet paper for the next guess

Very friendly employees, very clean, and a great continental breakfast.

I was surprised to see and did not appreciate the $10 a day/night charge for parking.

The staff was excellent, the room was very nice, and the location was very good. The breakfast was the best of all the hotels I've stayed at.

Extremely friendly staff, especially Jasmine at front desk. General and specific cleanliness very well done. Amenities in room were impressive.

Would have been nice of the bar was open earlier than 5p.m.

The only thing is the bar should open up earlier and stay open later the 10pm. Other than that, nothing.

room walls seem thin, or I had very loud people next to me. that was frustrating.
