The staff was amazing the room was excellent my whole staycation was phenomenal I will definitely look into going back there.

We came for the 4th of July. My daughter has really bad anxiety from the loud noises from fireworks. Our room was on the tenth floor facing the stadium. She got to experience the 4th of July in a new way watched from the window the sound was hardly noticeable, she loved it she wants to come back next year for the holiday again.

The only thing that we don’t like was we were not told we couldn’t use $15 daily credit the day we were checking out until after the fact other than that everything was great.

Even though the location is not in downtown Phoenix, I found the place very pleasant next to Westgate Station, with many restaurants and entertainment options. It's a super nice and fun place to walk around. The room is very clean, with newer infrastructure, spacious, comfortable beds, and a good shower. The hotel has pleasant lounges for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening, with outdoor fireplaces and a bar with meal and drink options. The hotel is spacious, with reasonably priced parking and polite staff.

Some cleaning details I should have complained and requested a cleaning or move room .the shower curtain was very yellow at the bottom it, smelled like pee in the restroom soon as u walked in. I just didn't want to deal with it and enjoy the holiday and I regret. Not saying anything.now that I think about it was gross . If it was cleaner I would of tipped the house keeping did do a great job other then that.

Had a great stay. Check in was seamless, as was checkout the next morning. We were here for Prom and I decided to get a room. Stayed in the 1 bedroom king suite on the 8th floor. Spacious and well appointed. All areas of the hotel were clean and well maintained. All staff we encountered were very friendly and courteous. There were 4 proms going on in the conference area and you couldn't tell (sound wise). Ordered room service and it arrived timely and hot. Food was good. Have attended a conference here before and the facilities are exceptional! Would stay here again.

Parking was $20 for overnight, but with the location and MonsterJam that is understandable. I had covered parking so I'm good with it lol

The room was perfect. We have a nice bathroom with space, shower, toilet. The main part of the room was appropriate. Big bed. A couch and some tv netflix on the TV. all in all it was a good room. We love it.

So there was an issue regarding booking of another reservation. And I have to mention it because my family was affected. Upon arrival of my dad's booking, he was not treated well. In fact it was bad because we booked 2 rooms for 2 couples, and they did not honor the reservation.

The convenience to the stadium. The service of the valet was exceptional. Great hardworking group of guys. Especially the evening crew. The room was very nice and spacious. The bathroom was amazing.

The service at the restaurant wasn't the best but they did look under staffed. My only small complaint is the lighting in the room/bathroom could've been better. It was a little dark especially when needing to apply makeup.

Beautiful room and was very clean. Very spacious shower and full size bottles of shampoo and body wash. Bed was super comfy. We went to an event at the Desert Diamond Arena and it was less than a 5 minute walk. Very convenient. Room service was delicious and came to our room in 25 minutes! Very impressed with the staff and would definitely stay here again.

Nothing negative to say.

Comfortable, clean room. Nice lobby lay out with a great bar (very busy that night).

The parking was a little disappointing. There is a $20 charge to park at the hotel garage. I know that is pretty common but with such a large property it seems it should be park of the stay. It was also frustrating that they were also using the garage for event parking which left actual hotel customers to the last spots left.

The balcony the room was nice breakfast was delicious and the staff was nice

I wish I would've had the front view instead of the rear facing the stadium also the shower door needed some adjustments it kept sliding open and the hand held had a spring leak I didn't like yall make us pay for parking that extra upfront fee I believe 20 needs to be waived we're residents but overall I'd do it again
