I absolutely loved my stay! The hotel's atmosphere was very modern and welcoming, and the staff were absolutely amazing! The room my friend and I stayed in was so cute and met our needs for the few days we stayed in Glendale. I look forward to returning soon!

Everything was great, although I wasn't sure why no one came to clean our room in the 3 nights we stayed. Granted my friend and I kept our space very clean, but it was interesting that we had to call for fresh towels a few times. Other than that, everything was awesome!

Nice room, industrial design, rather than plush. Staff helpful. Cleaning service is every other day only. Poor breakfast choices for a fee and small snack choices, for fee, too. I was able to walk to stadium venue...5 minute walk. Also was able to walk to many restaurants. Staff friendly, everything in good order. Area is very new. 3 hours to grand canyon. Late night, after venue event, all more interesting restaurants that were still open were packed with huge waits. Only thing able to find open after leaving that particular Plaza area was McDonald's. So, the entertainment area is really the new Plaza with stadium and concert event hall. Airport less than an hour away. Free parking at hotel.

It was great for what i needed.

We liked the cleanliness of the room, the comfortable bed, modern look and quiet night. The location was excellent and gave us plenty of choices for dining out. Did not consider your breakfast offerings because we're not microwave fans.

No necessarily your fault because we booked through an online travel site but was surprised by the $15 parking fee. I inquired when we checked in if this parking fee was a one time fee or applicable for daily charges for extended stay? Surprised and disappointed to learn a daily charge. This was a deal breaker for us and we moved to a different hotel to complete our planned stay in your beautiful city

The Aloft hotel is one we choose often when travelling with our pup - we always enjoy our stays at this chain and this location was no exception. Trendy decor, "roomy" rooms and close to lots of bars/restaurants.

This location's dog fee seemed a bit excessive in comparison to other Aloft hotels we've stayed at. Typically we pay a one time fee, rather than per night, and since we were staying three nights the total paid in dog fees alone were quite a bit. However, it's very much appreciated that this is a chain that not only allows dogs, but also caters to them - a staff member even stopped by our room to drop off a few "goodies" for our fur baby which was so sweet and above and beyond.

The property was clean. My room looked exactly like pics, so I was very pleased with that. The bed was comfy. All of the staff that I encountered in the 4 night 5 day stay there were extremely personable and friendly. Any questions and/or concerns I had were professionally answered. After graduation, I came back to notice that the table in the lobby was decorated with stuff on it. It's my fault for assuming it had belonged to another guest. Later that evening, I took the time to look closer at the table and realized it was for all guests that graduated. Thank you ALOFT for making our special day even more special. I can brag because how many other hotels will do that for their guests. The surrounding area is full of activities and restaurants to walk to. I will definitely be coming back and staying here for my next graduation/visit. Thank you, ALOFT.

Perfect location for the stadium, great amenities nearby. Nicely designed and decorated room. TV on a wall-mount, liked the TV offerings, too. Could keep the room temp comfortable. The young staff were extremely attentive and efficient.

Walking in to the lobby I saw a huge portable air conditioner! Not a great sight when it is 105 outside. But it WAS 105 outside and the hotel couldn’t do anything about that! Coffee was free in the morning, but nothing else was! The two breakfast sandwiches I ordered and paid for were very good. Parking was extra, but convenient. AC unit worked well, but was noisy. I turned it off at night until it got too warm in the room.

The lobby had a bar and cool places to sit. Also a couple of games. Nice area to get snack, coffee and water.

The first floor rooms faced the parking lots. The windows have no tint so people can see into ur room at all times. You have to keep the shades down so that no one is looking into ur room. Couldn’t have any natural light come into the room.

Room, and location.

The 15.00 parking fee. I wasn't told about this until I saw my bill. The way breakfast is cooked it kills the bagels. You have to eat them fast and it's chewy to start with. Then it gets rock hard. Get a toaster. Rm. 315 the door to the water closet is hard to open and close. Need larger curtains so no one can see you getting dressed.

The location, the amenities, the staff. All very nice.

Our 1st room we experienced a leak from the A/C we were switched to a 2nd room which had a bit of a smell like maybe from water damage etc. We didn’t like that we didn’t get to have room cleaned unless we asked. We never did, so we had to go down to lobby to request fresh towels at some point.

We traveled with a trailer with motorcycles attached to our truck. We had to pay an extra $15 parking fee, BUT we were able to park our trailer right in front of the hotel lobby and leave it overnight, which gave us peace of mind for the Harleys in the back of the trailer.
