Staff was very nice and accommodating. We needed extra towels (3 adults) and a heavier blanket. No worries. Staff also directed our pizza delivery straight to our room. Proximity and price were great. We were in town for an event at the stadium, and this hotel was very convenient.

It's clearly an older hotel, and it is in need of an upgrade. The bathroom was clean and functioned, but it looked terrible. Poorly patched door/wall holes, poorly caulked tub/toilet, and a very slippery shower floor (needs to be resurfaced). But I understand times are tough for small business owners, and major remodels are pricey. The rest of the room was pleasant, but the bathroom needs some love. And being an older hotel, it appears the neighborhood has deteriorated around it. But I want to be clear... I did NOT feel uncomfortable or unsafe at this location. I would stay here again, if needed.

The room was very clean. The key my 2 cats stay for free. They have a microwave, and mini fridge in the room. Ac was ice cold. Check in was very quick. The first employee I spoke to over the phone helped me with all my questions. Very quiet, and I love the location because I like to stay near or in Glendale. I also ended up staying 30 mins past check out time, and they were totally cool with it.

The only thing I can even say is a con about staying here, is when I asked the front desk if I could check later, even if there is a fee for it, but the employee promptly told me no, check it at 11, no later check out.

The room was well priced, beds and the bathroom were clean. We forgot our keys in the room and while the hotel did not reach out to us first, when we called they were helpful in letting us know that they had been found and were safe in the office. The hotel was able to accommodate our room needs and reached out prior to arrival to ensure what our need was and to get the room that was the best fit for us.

The individuals hanging around the car parking lot late at night and the fact that the fence door to the property did not lock and remained open was a little concerning. The crack in the wall in the room was an unpleasant sight. The remote to the TV was quirky, it would change the channel but would not turn the TV on or allow you to adjust the volume you had to that manually on the TV.

I was going through a hard time. Recently moved to Arizona with a friend but got put out and had nowhere to go. I just happened to find this Motel 6 and the front desk was very compassionate when hearing my story. Her customer service and empathy was so refreshing. She was very kind and professional. The GM, Mr. Raj was very kind during my stay. I also loved the room. It was very spacious and clean. It's a quiet location and I loved the outside part to the room area. Very pleasant and refreshing stay. It came at a time when I needed it the most. Also, the price was reasonable especially when you book online.

I didn't like the fact that I had to leave, but only because I couldn't afford another night. Otherwise, there was really nothing to dislike.

Enjoyed the king size bed ! Running hot water and cold were excellent!

Everything is nice but my one problem was the housekeeping ladies bang on your door over and over , I absolutely thought this was unnecessary since I was well aware of check out time but I guess they’re all trained to do that . Definitely did not enjoy getting kicked out !

Room was clean. Staff were all amazing and friendly, shout out to the young lady that checked us in as she was lovely and efficient. Your room amenities are below average at best, poor towel quality, one face cloth, one small piece of soap, etc, breakfast was terrible.

I stayed there for 3 months for my job and the staff was always helpful, especially the elder Hispanic woman doing the laundry. She always had a smile and greeted me with that smile Thank you

The staff was super friendly and helpful led by Nancy they went above and beyond. For the value room was clean bed was comfortable room was equipped with microwave and refrigerator highly recommend. There a circle K 2 minutes away

It was difficult to find. Just before entering, there is a fence, then whoops, there is the little sign and entrance. I had to go around the block (big block) to find it from the opposite direction. Also, a sign directing you to the office wasn't easily identified. All of these notations are made based on just driving 1100 miles that day, so I was tired. A less tired guest would likely have better results.
