The staff was friendly & welcoming. The complementary breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The shower & bet were both nice & relaxing. Like the fact that there was lots of food, shopping & entertainment options close by the hotel.

Would have been nice to have a later breakfast time for those who go out at night while on vacation & want to sleep in a little. Either pushing it back from 8am - 10am or having pastries, cereal & sandwiches available in the in that area from noon - 1:30 for lunch. Waking up at 7am with a partial hangover isn't ideal.

We have stayed here a few times when we visit family and friends in Phoenix. Great location near the major freeways, shopping, dining etc. Very affordable and rooms are very clean and brand new. The breakfast is amazing and we always eat well and staff is super helpful and friendly.

Our last stay there was a lot of noise in the room upstairs, we had to call the front desk a few times and they actually resolved it immediately, we had never had any issues in the past few times we had stayed here so this time it was a bit surprising that this happened but was glad the staff was friendly and was able to stop this immediately.

I really enjoyed the breakfast and the dining area was so comfortable. The rooms were absolutely clean and comfy. Loved the giant shower. The staff was so kind we enjoyed the smart TV being able to log into our account. The location was also great for food delivery take out or eat out. I think the rooms were a really good size. The hotel in general seems really well designed nice size gym.

I think the pool could be covered and we could have used it. I wasn't the biggest fan of the coffee. It's a bit warm in the hallways but that's the Phoenix in the summer.

We liked everything about this place. It was very clean, the food was great, and the staff was friendly & accommodating. I would have no problem in staying here again, and definitely do recommend anyone to stay here.👍🌵🙂

I easily would've given them 5 stars, but the only problem I had with our room, was the sink not draining properly. It was very annoying and gross to say the least. I let them know on checking out, so, they are aware of the issue.

This hotel is so close to the Talking Stick Amphitheater. Perfect location. The customer service was excellent. The tall man at the front desk was welcoming and so nice to ask us how our concert was when we returned late that night . Remembering little things like make us want to stay here again just because of the customer service . The bed was comfortable and breakfast area was clean.

Nicely designed hotel and rooms. The water pressure in the shower was top notch! The breakfast had various options such as a waffle machine, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, bagels, and other hot items. The hotel was in the perfect location for a Spartan race at the raceway.

Not much around the hotel in terms of food. Only a couple gas stations and a taco man on the corner. McDonald’s and Starbucks are across the freeway.

Breakfast was good. There was a decent variety of food offered. Hot foods were hot and kept well stocked. Cold foods were available, even though they ran out of bagels. It was crowded in the hotel, and we just needed to get there earlier. The dining area was clean with an adequate amount of seating.

The room was great. It was roomy, with comfortable beds, and a spacious, spotless bathroom. The only thing that would have made it better would be to have a comfortable armchair in the room and a quieter air conditioner (it was very noisy!)

Beautiful hotel, especially for the price. Check-in was smooth and easy, breakfast was great, and all facilities were clean and new feeling.

The area it's in is the only drawback. Great proximity to the venue that was hosting the concert, but the area is a little sketchy... but also big police presence, so some peace of mind there.

They started cleaning the breakfast at 9:28 am .. 2 minutes before the ended time at 9:30 am. I went for a refill but i wouldnt get a refill because they turned off the machines.

2nd time staying here, and the experience is great. Easy to get to the location, well lit parking lot, breakfast options are good. Staff is friendly

They have ice machines but no water dispenser to refill water bottle.
