Big room

It said it came with breakfast but it did.

Not impressed with this hotel at all, we won't be booking this one again.

It took 45 minutes to check in three rooms, we had to pay $50 CASH for each room in case we damaged anything ?? They said we could not get this cash back before 08.30 the following morning.I told him that we have to leave at 06.00 the following day because we have a flight booked out of Phoenix to the UK. We were shocked by the condition of the rooms, all three rooms had already got damage to them and it seems that the hotel don't repair or spend any money on maintaining the property. After demanding our cash back in the morning, they did eventually refund it, I told them that there is already damage to the rooms which we have not done, I believe we do have photographs showing some of this. We will not be going back there again and will not recommend this hotel at all.

Lobby was not open till 7. No breakfast. Towels were very thin.

No hot water, microwave didn't work, and location was a little sketchy.

I didn’t like anything about the property we ended up not staying there due to the many homeless people and drug addicts on the premises.

Even though we paid on Booking, they had to have a $50.00 CASH deposit for the room. It still smelled like smoke. The TV only got 1 channel, and it was green and fuzzy. There was an old sign at check-in that said they were having problems with the cable and internet. The check-in window looked like you were checking into one of those places in the movies that go by the hour. The bathroom was gross, and neither my husband nor I took a shower (and he's a Marine). The couch had burned out holes in it. We we looked out the window the next day. The weeds were at least a foot tall. There was broken glass in the parking lot that we had to try and avoid getting out onto the street. Then, at check out, they had the guts to say they had to check the room first before they would refund our deposit because it needed not to be trashed. I told her it was trashed when we got there. I have pictures of all of this, too. I was just happy to see my Soft Top Jeep still in the parking lot the next morning.

They added free breakfast, but it wasn't even close to a continental. They had pkg blueberrie muffins for food and a picture of juice and a pot of coffee. I told the host at checking that it was totally lacking. She said, that's what they had to offer. The room they put me in was in total disrepair, the bathroom sink leaked from the pipes under the counter type.

Nothing. Absolute dump. Ceiling caving in. Bathtub cracked. No shade on lamp. Rotten walls.
