everything was good except for the cleaning part. Strong funky smell in the bathroom as we walked in the room every time. Floor was dusty and lots of hair all over the room. Outside the property there are lot's of homeless people walking around & all the time. First time we get a hotel that has security guards all night long so that tells a lot on the safety side.

I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS STAY! The hotel staff was very friendly, the room was nice and clean and there was several places close by for food and beverages. Whether it be a restaurant or the nice store called Z Tap convenient store that as a nice assortment of food, beverages and gifts! I recommend stopping by. It's right in front of McDonald's.

A hot tub would be nice. 😉

it was a quiet location and the receptionist was very kind, no one bothered us when it came to being outside, and the room was beat, didn't smell like anything I liked that they required a key to enter the building from the back entrance not too far from the State farm stadium

I was told there was a line but I was still skipped when it came to my turn to be helped, the shower is either extremely hot or cold with a whining noise when turned down. The room walls were a bit dusty.

The room my Mom had was very spacious, clean and quiet! The entire staff was very professional, knowledgeable and guest oriented. Check in was a breeze, extended her stay 2 weeks was seamless and easy(she got much better price when I booked in house instead of online). Those housekeeping and maintenance personnel are A+++++awesome!! Kudos to the training manager who obviously knows what they are doing...the staff is the major reason I am going to book her another 2-3 weeks until her place is ready to move in.

The location and the outside elements really hinder the charm and personality to be experienced once inside. Lots of homeless campers that just trash the surrounding outdoors area.

All around this place is exceeding my needs and comfort the staff is we all informed on hotel policies and locate law's. Always a smile and greeting. Let me tell you about the mattress policy.. every quarter ch ange \ rotate them. Like sleeping on a cloud.

My stay was great facility was clean employees were very nice. I just didn’t like my room didn’t have a refrigerator & microwave? I guess u have to make sure when u book to have that included but besides that my stay was Great & Coffee was so good 😊

The location was great, me and my family were very comfortable, lots of shops, restaurants and gas stations nearby

Ice machine was broken on our floor but there was one 2 floors down so not a deal breaker

Clean no bug or flies and smoke free so no allergies or asthma problems rooms are good sized there are options to pay extra for microwave and fridge but went with the basic unit for this trip. Beds were spacious for 1 person would be tighter fit if you have 2 in a bed but doable. Luckily we didn't encounter that issue. Key cards are RFID chips instead of magnetic strips which is good because they don't become de-magnetized when they get too close to your phone speakers like other hotels cards do. There is a grocery store and dollar tree gas station and laundry room all within a block away including several fast food options. Didn't experience any problems with our stay.

Actually, the place was very nice; about average for a three (3) star property. Also, I liked the Panasonic TV because, I have one at home, which is much older. Overall, I was impressed with the place, and would definitely stay again; I do plan to return (by the way).

Basically, there was some confusion surrounding a change that I made to the original) reservation that I made back in August, 2022, because I paid an additional $73 for a Superior King Room (instead of the Standard Room) that is pictured. However, the matter was never resolved, and I was told that you all would lodge a complaint against the property because (apparently) you all could not reach the correct parties to rectify the problem. Therefore, going forward I will only book with hotels (directly) to make or change reservations, and talking to you all’s Customer Service Teams did not help much because, they could not understand. They kept thinking that I was staying in the (upgraded) King Room, when I was not.

Not enough outlets in the room and near the desk. You had to unplug the refrigerator to plug in a computer. Rethink the power connections in the modern world.
