Front desk, staff was wonderful☺️

Breakfast food was poor quality. High sugar high carb and not sure if the sausage was real meat with protein. My brother is diabetic. Normally if he eats 3 sausages first he can eat a waffle w/a little sugar free syrup and his sugar will not go over 215, it spiked from 115 to 320. Thankfully I was able to get it under control and I didn't have to take him to the hospital. Yogurt was poor quality too, super high in sugar. I had a waffle no syrup, enough to take my vitamins. Didn't eat there after that initial experience. But the coffee was good.

Breakfast was fantastic, sheets were always changed and clean when we returned back to our rooms. Garbage was emptied and there were always towels and fresh soaps each day. Any time I interacted with staff they were helpful and polite

The ONLY complaint we had was that the pool was so so cold (I’m from Washington and I have swam in warmer lakes) so we were unable to use the pool during our stay but the hot tub was lovely

Very nice hotel. Check in was very fast, easy and the staff was very pleasant, We had a king suite. Our room was exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable with nice pillows. Bathroom was updated, very clean and had plenty of clean soft towels. Both TV's, the microwave and the fridge all worked. The staff was very security conscious which is always a plus. They have a great breakfast with lots of hot and clod choices to choose from, We would most definitely stay again if passing through town.

The staff was awesome and accommodating! The room was so comfy and I enjoyed the complimentary toiletries. The hotel was in a convenient spot for food and after the concert we attended!

I was a little worried because there was only one employee working overnight and the area is a little rough. I definitely feel there could be more security through the evening, especially to keep the receptionist/staff safe.

The breakfast was good . Like the waffles. The coffee was great. The bagels the first morning were good and the cream cheese have that more often make them regular.

Checking could’ve been a little bit easier and you couldn’t let me know upfront there would’ve been an extra charge for my dog. When I booked the room I was not informed that there would be an extra charge. I paid it anyways, but it would’ve been nice to have known that upfront.

Like the room was clean Swimming pool good ..good area Quiet and stores around the area. Central to where we're going Good place to stay..but will gonna need remodeling the room in 1 or two years

Breakfast Needs more food for Hispanic people

I was very happy with the friendly and helpful staff. Service was beyond what I expected. I really appreciated the ladies making hot breakfast in the morning. All employees were beyond respectful and assisting with checking in, checking out, and overall it was great! The rooms were clean, neat and no smoke odor which is a major plus for my since I took my children with me.

Perhaps the beds having 4 pillows rather than 3 would be better.

Shortage of employees. I tried to call twice the day before arrival to request a first floor room, but no one answered. The next day upon arrival, I asked for first floor because we had an infant, but they were all taken. Also, there was another guest that was checking in before us that was complaining about everything before she even got to the room and the line was going out the door. Kay was very helpful and is very patient. Didn't catch the graveyard person's name, but she was really nice too.

The bed was so comfortable.

The bathroom was not cleaned correctly. There was a public hair in the shower and left over bar soap on the top bar holder. Pool was not working for the two days we were there and I was looking forward to it. If I would've known that, I would've booked else where.

Breakfast was great with lots of choice! We really enjoyed and left the hotel stuffed everyday. Also loved that the bus to downtown Phoenix was in front of the hotel. We paid $4.50 for day passes and it was only a 25 min ride. There are numerous restaurants across the street including a 24 hour Mexican one that’s next door and delicious.

The local taxis and Ubers were not available very early in the morning.
