I love that there's variety in breakfast, the staff was amazing and the room I got was way better than I ever expected it to be for the area that it's in. And this is coming from a local born and raised in az. I actually loved it so much that this is one of my cheap stay-cation spots. I plan on coming back.

There's really nothing other than maybe remember Tom check the small things in the rooms that wouldn't need to be checked often. My remote control stopped working and when I checked it the battery had corroded along with some on the spring. Other than that, it was really good for the area it's located. Better than a motel 6 or super 8 for sure! Didn't really see any weird people around the complex itself either.

It was very comfortable..quiet. I was able to do an early check in, as a trucker that's awesome as I came in early off the road. The breakfast was nice and they had Direct t.v. with all the premium channels. Again, nice for someone always on the road. Lots of restaurants in the area and convenience stores..and they had a washer and dryer available. Yay. I will most definitely do a return stay anytime I'm in town. Oh, and no homeless hanging around. I felt safe..for me and my vehicle.

Excellent value and very convenient for our activities. Breakfast was perfect and we had a great variety of items. Breakfast staff was excellent. Front desk staff was also helpful and gave great service. The only issue through no fault of their own, the hot tub was not working due to a part that was on order.

Breakfast, bed, shower,, hot water, location, many dining options near everyone was very friendly and all employees are very nice, polite and very helpful from the front desk, janitors and housekeeping the facility is very clean and smells very fresh

The toilet has to flush 3 times before it goes down and no telephone in room...

Daisy (super friendly), (Yareli (best smile in phoenix!) Vic (very professional) and Mina (exceptionally versatile, from housekeeping to keeping breakfast items stocked.)

Breakfast was pretty bland, biscuits were hard and only served gravy once or twice a week. Bring in some more options like danishes, and serve that delicious breakfast gravy every day.

The front desk person when we checked in was excellent with customer service.

We found a dirty sock by the sitting area. A broken tile in the bathroom and the doors to the shower didn't stay shut while showering.

I always have been like it a lot but this experience was not so good first off they give this room and the a/c wasn’t working so they changed me to another one and this one was dirty and the tv hasn’t any signal so they changed me to another one but the lady that was working on the desk at the time she told me with very bad actitud like it was my fault she said I’m can’t keeping you change the rooms !! omg so after paying that amount so if something isn’t working I have to remain quiet so she can’t getting pissoff! come on and she didn’t said I’m sorry about that or anything I was with my food and bag walking all over the place.!

The Breakfast was very good with a variety each day. The staff was very kind and understanding.

The bathroom light over the mirror was not working correctly. The notice about covid services, you had to call a day in advanced for cleaning services where the note said to call before 11am.

Rooms were clean and comfortable - breakfast was good and the staff were really friendly - plenty of parking

Needs attention to detail cleaning in some of the vending areas and elevators

The room had space, comfortable queen beds, hot water and working ac/heater, heated pool, and the best part was their delicious breakfast. There was so much to eat and the staff were very friendly. I didnt expect it to be so inclusive at the rate we paid. It was an overall good experience and I did not have any major issues with our room or service.

Unfortunately it was very windy so the pool had leaves in it but we could still swim, and the Jacuzzi didn't work at that time. They should have another way to verify your room at breakfast instead of being asked upon arrival to dining area, (wristbands perhaps).
