Well there wasn't breakfast but that didn't matter to me or my family. We like that it was near the freeway, easy excess to the roads, nearby fast food, and it wasn't loud at all. The staff there were polite and professional.

There wasn't much to not like, I think maybe including breakfast would be nice but it was fine without it as well.

The front desk employee was quick and efficient. The room itself was larger than expected and so comfortable I wish I could have stayed longer.

The only available parking was too far away from the room; specifically because I am 73 years of age and handicapped.

Quite, near major roads, access to multiple fast food or sit down dinners. There's a car rental site on the corner of the building. Overall this is a solid place to stay. The maintenance staff was friendly and helpful.

Wifi was a 5/10. The lobby was not 24hr. The key cards were a little sensitive. The front desk is run by young girls that maybe should try a non customer base job. Maybe they will grow into it???

Staff, location and price

Trash was left over from previous occupants and very noisy. We stayed in second floor and top floor were very noisy the room next door the occupants were smoking right outside their door and they had company over at wee hours of the morning and making too much noise. Didn't get much sleep that night

Location was good and the front desk was very helpful i thought that was outstanding.

I didnt like the showers..valves need to be repaired toilets need to be upgraded entry doors need to be fixed.

The room was clean as can expected, the beds were comfortable. A little noise here and there but it was good..family liked it..would stay there again.

The parking was packed so had to park our vehicle further away from room, the room keys didn't work the next day until I had to go back down to office and let them know. They had to reswipe our cards for room..

The person at the front desk during nighttime was so friendly and helpful thank you to you miss. Don't know your name 2nd shift she left around 10pm pretty small girl. Appreciate you.

How rude housekeeping could be and how they act like they do not speak english just so they won't help you. I was a housekeeper for over 15 years plus and never do you treat paying guests like they are street walkers begging for money

I liked how there was 2 gas stations within walking distance & also a IHOP within walking distance as well As a jacuzzi for the cold nights

House keeping would enter my room either everyday or sometimes twice a day When it wasn't needed They threw out my whole bar of freshly new soap & also some shampoo's & other bag's that I was saving

Conveniently located by the 10 freeway and IHOP is literally within 1 minute walking distance which was also a 24/7 dine in .

The room smelled like it had a penetrated cigarette scent and the white bedding had what looked like makeup stains on it which was pretty nasty if I’m just walking into that.

All of the staff that work here are great! I feel relaxed here and really enjoy the pool.

2 floods and 1 room relocation late late into the night . The Room above is sounded as busy as Grand Central Station. I think they must have had a bowling alley
