Property was extremely convenient to my vacation location. The price for 2 nights was extremely reasonable!! Staff were all friendly, helpful, and kitchen staff did awesome for the complimentary breakfast. Called room service for towels and was greeted politely at my door with the things I needed 10 minutes later. Got a king size NON smoking room which was just as great, very clean to my liking (I’m also a housekeeper), bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap/lotion at the sink. There are several fast food joints around. My wife and I were very skeptical but I had a great experience for what I paid for and the surrounding area. Just keep to yourself and don’t bother the locals. Everyone is chill for the most part.

Room service (food) delivery times. They are not in hotel based foods. I wouldn’t say I didn’t like, I’d just want to make others aware that it’s around a neighborhood. The hotel itself was great .

The only thing I did not like at all, check out time is at 11" and we had housekeeping knocking and trying to go in the room at 8 am. I found that really rude.

I loved the beds were nice and soft. I loved the water pressure and space that was provided as well. The staff was great! Very polite and considerate. Thank you. Considering the weekend events that occurred, I am grateful to have a place to lay my head and relax.

I did not like the fact that the only way up and down the building was just one elevator. The bathtub walls could use a little more TLC with some caulking or filling in the cracks and if possible, leave out tea/coffee/hot water available in the lobby for customers for all hours of the day/night. More parking would be nice.

The hotel was pretty clean and the beds was comfortable overall it was good for the price

Unfortunately this is not the hotel fault but off the property the surrounding area had a lot of homeless people walking around but that's starting to be everywhere in America The breakfast is basic and there's only one elevator going up and down tried taking the stairs down to the lobby but stairs are only fire escape only. No access to the downstairs Lobby but the one elevator. So that was a little nerve-wracking and also think they need a security guard at the door at night instead they had a regular Hotel staff sitting at the door from discouraging homeless people or free loaders from entering the hotel

Everything! The Service! Let me emphasize on the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, felt like heaven! The staff are great! There are no rift rafts that just come and hang out PERIOD,love it! I do not mind spending my money here until my husband and I leave to his next jobsite. I feel at home here, which is such and extraordinary feeling to even feel when you are at a hotel but I can definitely say that about this hotel! The young lady who does breakfast makes it a Beautiful experience as well and she is a sweetheart! Such creativity with the housekeepers when they come and clean your room and have everything looking creatively pretty, I am Grateful, me and my husband! Last but not least, the peace that you feel while there, no smokey halls, enclosed pool and jacuzzi and other amenities and the interior design of the hotel is just beautiful! I would recommend!

Our stay was very nice. I read someone complained about the doors being closed at 9, but it was not a problem for us. I also read the neighborhood was crowded with less than desirable people. I did not find this to be true. I felt safe in our comings and goings. The wonderful lady who attended to breakfast was fantastic! There was a wonderful restaurant nearby, El Polo Loco, it was delicious! I would stay here again.

Location, clean, good breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable and great price. The ratings from customer feedback at booking.com are somehow low for this hotel, however i decided to take the risk and spend the night here. I found it better than expected. The hotel looks a little aged but I was just looking for having a good sleep. Good option for travelers. I would come back.

Windows need better noise insulation. A little hard to sleep because of the i-10 road noise. I hate the AC units at the window since they use to be noisy. However room temperature was fine so I did not have to turn it on.

We enjoyed the pool. The location was perfect for our stay. Breakfast was super good.

When we were leaving and checking out the front desk lady was rude and short with us. Asking her a question and was made to feel stupid honestly. It sucked to end my weekend with my sister who I don't get to see but once a year. It was such a great weekend for us and that was a little bit of a let down but we will be back because everything else was great.

The room was nice. The bed was comfortable and clean as in photo. The room was good size. There were full dispensers of soap, lotion, and shampoo. The staff were pleasant although not particularly friendly.

The indoor/outdoor pool wA not heated so too cold to use. The bathrooms in the pool area were not open. The little bar was permanently closed down and really nowhere close by to go at least that you felt safe as the location is not in the nicest area. Also, the room had three plastic cups but none in the bathroom.
