The staff was absolutely exceptional my check-in was smooth the whole property was in fantastic condition elevator clean glass on windows clean the floors were clean my room was exceptional AC worked fantastic the bathroom spacious the kitchen area had everything needed the floors were clean.. everything was great...I recommend woodspring Suites to anybody looking for accommodations in fact I have a number of coworkers coming in from other states that I've recommended that are staying there and they are very happy as well thank you woodsprings thank you booking.com.. thank you Renee and Brandy and all the other staff...you were fantastic!

I enjoyed every aspect of my stay

Our stay was 3 weeks and the weekly price was cheaper than other places in the area. It has a full fridge and 2 burner glass top along with a microwave the mattress were pretty thin but we liked the cleanliness of the room. They also have a laundry facility on the 1st floor. It was quiet at night and everyone along with staff were friendly. They don’t have breakfast but do have coffee in the lobby. I just brought my own coffee maker :)

People smoked by the back entrance instead of going across the parking lot. And the comfort of the mattresses.

I was sceptical staying here alone as a women because of the location - (I grew up west phx) the price was nice, inexpensive! I just needed a place to sleep for the night close to my destination and was concerned about parking my car there. My car was fine, I was fine. I would recommend this place, it was clean and I was pleased.

The bed did squeak, but it didn’t keep me from sleeping.

Everything was clean, the staff was delightful to deal with, and the bathroom was spotless and well-kept. Everything in the room worked well; the beds were comfortable and had just the right firmness.

Can't say that there was anything there that I didn't like at the WoodSpring. Everything was just right for us.

Very clean. Great location. Great front desk staff and they allow dogs at no extra cost.

We didn't realize that it was an extended stay facility when we booked there so the amenities were lacking and the bed was very uncomfortable and noisy.

There was a kitchen in the room but no cooking equipment, places bowls etc. What is the point of having a kitchen facilities and not providing kitchen equipment to use.

We are having a health crisis with my brother. WoodSpring Tolleson, is aware of the situation and has been very accommodating to my family for the last 6 months.

No issues

No coffee maker in the room, and the instant coffee in the lobby tastes horrible. They didn't provide any soap, cups or anything exce0t towels.

Very clean and cozy, and the staff was very nice! Also dog friendly

that they had a great kitchen set up, but no utensils, dish soap, paper towels, nor dish soap. Also, no hair dryer
