Breakfast was very good. Staff informative and pleasant to deal with. Check in was done quick and efficiently. Rm was comfortable and squeaky clean. Couldn't gave been anymore pleased with the entire stay. Great team of people @ this location!!!

Pet fee of $35. for my emotional support animal unexpected and more than other places have tried to charge me in the past. I explained to the desk clerk my dog was a registered emotional support pet and my understanding that once my well behaved emotional support pet became papered, I'd never have to pay these fees again. I paid the $35 because I need my pet with me to aid with my anxiety. The clerk was going to "ck into it for me " but upon ck out it wasn't mentioned.

The size of the room was nice. The hotel was cleaner than others we have stayed at while in the Phoenix area. Everyone we met was nice and easy to get along with. Although we didn't try much, the breakfast looked good. It's a blessing to us to find pet friendly places to stay at.

The only thing was not being able to get a room on the first or second floor. The climb up/down the stairs to the third floor several times a day, due to our dog being terrified of elevators, was a bit hard on the knees.

The staff, housekeeping crew, kitchen crew were the most helpful and hard working staff I have ever witnessed. I have stayed at other prestige hotels and had never have I encountered such great service. I enjoy the breakfast variety offered. The pool area was always nice and clean. We had a Very comfortable room the front desk was very accommodating . I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends who are visiting the area.

The only thing that would have made it a nicer stay was having options on TV, Apps to sign into.

Due to multiple flight delays, I arrived after midnight; but the desk clerk could not have been friendlier or more efficient. Her thoughtfulness turned my bad day into a lovely evening. I was even more surprised at how nice the 3rd floor room was. It was remarkably clean with a comfortable king bed and a Roman style jacuzzi tub. Then there was more: an excellent breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, bagels or toast, cream cheese or jam, cereal yogurt, pancakes & multiple beverages. Outstanding! And there's a pool to boot!

The ice machine on my floor was not in operation.

The location was perfect as my boyfriend was very ill in the hospital that we could walk to. The breakfast was lovely. It was nice to have a place to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air by the pool unfortunately my partner/boyfriend passed away. The staff was very understanding and allowed me to get some refund for the two nights I had paid for us. There was no reason for me to be there any longer, and I really appreciated that in this hard time

Breakfast is always fantastic, the crew at this hotel really cares about their customers. We had a slight problem and Miss Savannah Brady handled it with expedience and professionalism, thank you very much Ms. Savannah Brady

Only problem was construction/remodelling going on on the 3rd floor, even this was kept clean and quiet, impressive........

Our receptionist is the best. She is very accommodating, personable & always having a smile on her face. She helped me surprise my in-laws who were staying there too.

Not having a non slip bath mat in front of the shower. It’s tough to get out of the jacuzzi tub & my wife slipped & fell on her knee. Thank God she’s ok now.

Location was great! The staff was very kind and helpful. Our room was veryyy conveniently placed right next to the lobby so that was a plus. Breakfast was good, and liked that checkout was late!

Pool seemed like it needed cleaned, but it ended up not being warm enough for us to go in it anyway, so it didn’t matter.

Room was spacious and didn’t hear anyone else around. The breakfast was great, way better than expected. Had several fruit options as well as eggs, bacons, biscuits and gravy, and plenty more. Staff was welcoming and location was great.

Pretty pricey for one night. The coffee was yuk and the bathroom shower and a few fixtures seemed a little outdated.

Our king suite was big. It had a separate living room/kitchenette (with a door between). The spa tub was very big. It had a shower above it. The bed was pretty comfortable. The pillows were ok. Everything was clean. The location was great. Close to lots of shopping & restaurants.

The shower head was broken. It sprayed water every direction and would change which direction randomly. It definitely needs replaced. The shower/spa tub combo would be hard to get in & out of if your mobility is limited, so keep that in mind when booking rooms with spa tubs.
