I had a great experience staying at Home2 Suites. Excellent location, very near and walking distance to shopping area and several local restaurants. The hotel provided good complimentary breakfast. The staff service was excellent, very attentive and friendly. Thank you very much for the hospitality! We’ll be booking back again soon.

The breakfast was great, a great selection overall. Loved being able to have waffles every morning. Would suggest more meat options, there was only sandwiches with meat. The location is great, so many store and restaurant options nearby. The staff was so great, especially the front desk staff on all shifts. They room was super clean, my initial wipe down proved this.

My only issue was the heat was out in my room during my stay, they attempted to fix it and it was not fixable so they offered to move me to another room. I refused the offer as I was already comfortable, which takes a lot for me. I asked what could be done as far as compensation and was told it would have to be points since I booked with a 3rd party, okay that was fine. What was not fine is that the amount of points I was given was not what was discussed and the points are not worth much of anything, which I did not know at the time.

The facility was very clean and I was impressed with the staff. They always smile and asking if you need anything to let them know or how they can help. I did not expect the amenities included like the bigger refrigerator microwave, etc. I felt Iike I was home. Everything you need was provided even dishwashing soap, kitchen towels, etc. They showed that they are there to assists you if you need any help or information.

I like the size and comfort of the room. We also enjoyed how quiet it was at the pool. We also like that we had a corner suite and it was quiet with no disturbance from any other room in our floor.

The only thing that we did not like was the set up of how breakfast was offered to us and the quality of the food. It was advertised as a hot meal, but breakfast sandwiches were cold and hard, only one kind of muffin was offered, and there was no a la carte hot items. The breakfast was set up behind tables where people were eating and it made it difficult to get from one place to another and there was no place to wait for your food. Lastly, the toaster did not work properly, even after adjusted it would not even hardly warm a piece of toast, let alone a bagel.

The suites are well equipped with kitchen items, dishes, dishwasher etc. The coffee was actually good and drinking from actual coffee cup vs. Paper was nice. Front desk staff and manager were very accommodating and kind. Excellent location in a shopping mall with food and movies a short walk from the hotel. Easy to access. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Pleasant atmosphere.

The shower head was lacking.

It is a beautiful hotel. Very clean, friendly staff. Huge rooms. All the accommodations are fantastic. I really didn't need to pack all the things I packed because they accommodate you so well. Plus you can have pets. I love this place. I will be back.

the hotel accidentally charged me 2x for my stay, an extra 400 that came out of my account right during black friday weekend. a huge inconvenience for me.

The proximity to I10 was convenient but felt transient. Car next to ours was broken into overnight.

Front desk clerks were very friendly and attentive, lobby, hallways, and rooms were exceptionally clean and maintained. Thoroughly impressed with this hotel.

Only thing I would like to see improved is shower water pressure. Other than that nothing really to complain about. A little disappointed to find that they are sold out for NASCAR Championship 2024 weekend, just a week later.
