The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and always helpful, I really liked the virtual concierge that I could text when our room needed something. The breakfast was always hot and delicious with a great variety of things. The size of our room (2 bedroom suite) and the full kitchen was awesome, it fit my family of 6 very comfortably.

I have to say there isn’t much I didn’t like about the property, maybe the only complaint was not all of the dryers worked in the laundry room, which wasn’t a huge deal, I just moved my clothes to a different dryer.

On weekends, traveling sports teams arrive and tend to be very noisy and take over the pool area in a very rambunctious manner. They’re running in the hallways, screaming and playing loud music in the pool area. A reminder to them as they check in that there are people staying here who are not affiliated with their tournament might be helpful. Other than that, we love the Staybridge!

Good location, Westgate Entertainment District was close by with plenty of restaurant options. 30 minutes from the airport, fairly easy to get to and find. They had a good breakfast every morning and a nice social event Monday through Wednesday with a light meal, beer and wine. The pool area is also very nice, self service towels all around the pool with cabana options to escape from the afternoon sun. I had a room with a balcony which is highly recommended.

It seems to attract large families that cook on the grills pool side, groups of 10 or more that have children that generally aren’t supervised by their parents in the pool and hot tub. The rooms should also provide a safe for your valuables and cash.

The staff was so friendly. the breakfast and social hour food was so delicious. The location is in walking distance to arena and stadium. Across from hotel is lots of restaurants and shopping. perfect location.

The only issue we had was with the TV channels they were not labeled correctly on the guide. But that was more of the TV provider not the hotel.

The staff was amazing a put together a little note and sweet treats for my kids! It was amazing.

The equipment in the master room behind the bolted door was soooo loud. Woke me up off and on all night. Also the bolted door would appear to be locked but it is not and it is 100% disgusting in there

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The outdoor amenities such as the pool and hot tub were well maintained and enjoyable. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and shopping.

I felt the room was clean but on the small size. Bathroom was tight and water sprayed on the floor and wall.

Very happy our cats were able to join us. Additionally, the two bedroom suites were very spacious, each bedroom with it's own bathroom.

Too many people were around the breakfast food. We were disappointed there was no hot chocolate at breakfast and none in our room. Each bedroom could have used a small chair.

Loved this property, location was super convenient, outlets and restaurants 3min away. Room was very spacious. 2bed/ 2bth was perfect for 2teenagers and a toddler, pool was nice. Lobby and property clean

The black lounge chairs are so hot you can't put your arms on but other thank that absolutely nothing!!!

Spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to make sure our needs were met.

Room could have had a chair with wheels.
