I liked the staff. They were all great!

I didn't like that there was only one,two bedroom suite. I didn't like how Friday night was double the price of Saturday night. It should've been the same price and I think it's definitely overpriced. Definitely not a $250 a night property. There was trash,dirty wet towels and debris in/at the pool. I was going to clean the leaves from the pool but there was no net.

We did not have breakfast there. The location was good because it was close to our relatives that we were visiting. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. Our room was cleaned every day that we were there.

The only thing we didn't like was the noise. The hotel is right by the freeway and there is a lot of noise in the early morning and evening.

The cleanliness of the room and the facility was very good. The overall feel and look of the hotel and room was very nice.

The shower was not very warm, even after the maintenance person had to reset the hot water heater to even have hot water. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. The shower door and tile was old.

The pool and whirlpool were refreshing. The fitness room was adequately stocked with all of the essentials for a great workout. But what I absolutely enjoyed was the gorgeous sunrise over the hills in Arizona! Simply spectacular sunrise views!!!!! Also our receptionist Analynee was amazing with information, directions and details about the city!!

I felt quite safe and comfortable during my two night stay. The staff and housekeepers were very friendly and sociable. They made us feel extremely welcomed! I will be returning once I'm in Glendale again. Definitely worth your money and time.

The only I didn't like was that the bathroom sink was clogged up. I did mention this to the front desk, so I'm hoping it got fixed.

Clean. Offered Starbucks products at snack counter. Nice patio and pool area. Comfortable beds.

I-10 is right behind the property so there’s non-stop traffic. Parking is in front of the hotel (just a few rows). In front of the parking area is a huge dirt lot and don’t know if it belongs to the hotel but a lot of cars parked there along with semis. Kind of creepy at night.

Nothing complimentary you had to pay for everything first hotel I've ever stayed at where you couldn't even get a free cup of coffee I guess because they have a Starbucks inside they didn't offer coffee

As Phoenix grows westward, this area is part of that growth. A lot of new construction in the area which invites a lot of traffic in the area, but many choices for food, etc..

I recently stayed here and was thoroughly impressed by the impeccable service, stunning accommodations, and prime location. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend this spot for an unforgettable and luxurious experience.

I'm 73 yrs old with bad knees getting in the shower/tub was a little rough. I thought ALL the rooms had walk-in showers.
