The sweet lady doing the happy hour was amazing, She talked to us for along time and gave us recommendations for dinner and was the nicest person on your staff.

The bathroom could've been cleaner, also we wanted to get ice cream from your little store one night, but no front desk person was in site, we waited for almost 10 minutes, then gave up. there was not a sign or bell or anything. Didn't seem to be the Hampton inn beds I am accustomed to as well. One breakfast attendant seemed bothered by everyone and everything. She was told the juice as out and rolled her eyes.

The staff at the front desk and the evening wine, snack time as great! The hotel and our room was clean. No bad odors. As a whole the breakfast was good. See below for more about the breakfast. The evening wine and snack time was a nice touch. The children love the cookies.

The breakfast was ok. The sausage looked and tasted like the type that is boiled in water. I wish the sausage tasted more like fried or baked sausage. It would have been nice to bacon also. The eggs were ok but scrambled would have been better. I didn't see hot water for tea.

Free electric charging for electric cars, breakfast was good.

Next-door neighbor room 414 was smoking weed all day and my wife got really sick from it. She was on a zoom meeting for eight hours for eight hours. She’s just not wanting to go down and tell people. The AC sounds like a airplane every time on auto and it kicked on. It was so loud. We were in room 412.

Breakfast was great! Every staff member was friendly and helpful. For the cost, I was surprised at the quality and cleanliness. We live locally, but met some friends at Lake Pleasant and didn’t want drive over an hour to get home. I chose this hotel because it’s close distance to the lake. Will be booking this hotel from now on!

It was just right

The breakfast was good, I loved the options Hampton had! I wish I had slightly more gluten free options but I was able to choose between a decent amount of options. The hotel itself was very clean and nice.

The pool was incredibly hot and not too enjoyable. The pillows also hurt mine and my partners neck

Hot breakfast that changed each day. Room comfortable, although expensive because of Spring Training demand. Dennys out front, Albertson's in the same parking lot along with a McDonalds so easy to get supplies. About 2 miles from Costco for gas. 5 miles or so to Surprise Stadium, close to the 303 freeway. Nice pool area with comfortable seating.

The cost. The room was Los Angeles prices. I think outside spring training it would be around $160 a night, we paid a little more than double that.

Breakfast was good. Several choices.

It was a little difficult to get to the hotel from the street. Was not expecting to go through a shopping center parking lot to gain access to the drive to hotel. Not clearly marked from road.

Rooms are very spacious and have a lot of amenities including lots of outlets and usb ports, lighting, drawers, and closet space. Very quiet as well.

Breakfast was mediocre and water pressure in the shower was pretty low but those are pretty minor complaints. Rooms are a bit pricey.

Pet friendly, nearby during home renovations, friendly staff, clean, free breakfast

Upstairs was very noisy, sounded like a bowling alley and maybe moving furniture around, louder than I’ve ever had in my life. Can’t control noisy neighbors but that’s all I can think of

The room was large and clean.

I didn't like getting blind sided with a $50 a night charge for my register ESA dogs. I have a written letter stating they can go wherever I go legally. There should be no charge. I was very upset by that. ESAanimals perform a service just like any other service animal. Anxiety that causes migraines is real. I won't go back.
