I was on a work trip and stayed there for a full week (7 nights, 8 days) overall the hotel has everything you expect from an Ibis. The location is perfect, walking distance to all major attractions in Gaziantep downtown

This is my second time and the check-in processes takes much too long, especially if someone in the queue is facing a problem. There was a problem is heating, and for 3 days rooms were overheated. On days 5 and 6 the hot water was barely hot (but still fine for a shower, not a bog deal). They say hang the towels if you dont want us to change them, but they were invariably changed every day even if hanged. The cleaning supervisor needs to make more rounds as the cleaning was really basic everyday

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. The rates are extremely affordable, making it one of the best options available for budget-conscious travelers. The location is fantastic, situated close to the citadel and right beside a charming mall, which added convenience to our stay. The hotel’s underground parking was a significant advantage, especially in protecting our car from the intense heat. The room was well-maintained, with a clean and pleasant shower. We were also pleased to find a baby crib provided, which was clean and in excellent condition. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. It was surprisingly good, offering a diverse selection of delicious food items. Overall, our experience was excellent, and we felt that every penny spent was well worth it. This hotel truly offers great value and a superb location.

The rooms were very small and reminded me of dorm rooms when I was a college student, it could have been a bit bigger, a claustrophobic person might not like be in it for a day, but for us was super fine. Also, another negative we found that the room was provided a 2 glass of water which was nothing for 3 persons and when we were about to check out I asked for some water the receptionist asked for (equivalent of $3) to pay for it which is very strange and I never faced that in any hotel I have been in, what I know the water is and should be complimentary.

This is a good minimalist hotel in a good location. It was clean and comfortable, if a little small. The location is an easy walk to restaurants, the mall, and some of the main streets (even as a solo traveller).

Overall, I think it is a bit expensive for what you get. There is little above the bare minimum in terms of facilities and services - in particular, for the price, I really think breakfast should be included to be competitive. Also the desk chair was very uncomfortable.

The shower pressure & hot water. The mini-fridge in the room. Cleanliness. Easy to come & go. Quick check-in, & ever quicker check-out. 2 Complimentary bottles of water every day. Lots of towels in the room. Controlled a/c which was perfect.

The menu food was dry & average.

Nice hotel, centrally located only 5 mins walk to the old town with excellent transport links to airport. Small rooms with air con, and fridge, tea, coffee filled daily. Fabulous breakfast and helpful staff.

Noisy at times during the night.

The location is situated in the old city with walking distance to Mall and famous eateries.

I was unlucky that day. We were served by trainees who didn't speak English. I find him a bit rude, but maybe he has not been taught on culture diversity and customer service.

The property has a great location. Most of the attractions are just couple of minutes away by walking.

Cups of water they provide is very small. They are almost the same size as the ones served in the planes. They should increase the water cup size! Small cups are not enough. Second problem was the sink in the bathroom. It got stucked, and water was not going through. I asked then to fix it, but i seemed the problem did not go away.

Everything was just great, especially the location. Close to everything.. Food joints, copper bazaar, shopping bazaar and tram station was just opposite.

The air-con didn't't work, it was too hot in the room.. Had to keep the windows open but it caused inconvenience throughout the night cause it got a lil noisy and bright too soon because of the same reason. Requested the staff to look for the tech to fix the aircon but instead they suggested to keep the windows open. Rest all was good but during the day it got really crazy

Clean room, fast check in, comfortable beds. Quiet.

It has all the drawbacks of all Ibis hotels. But this is why somebody pays a lesser price for it. Don’t expect luxuries or spacious rooms.

The personnel was kind and polite, spoke English fluently, service was excellent and professional, we could order food too without problems and got additional coffee and water with no extra charge. Supplement cover sheets were available for the rainy night:)

We could not open the window fully and the room is a bit small.
