Hotel was very nice. Minor issue on check-in however was corrected immediately in a singe call to Booking.com

Overall stay was great, but again the actual hotel experience was "If you had booked directly we could do more for you." I was able to contact Booking.com during check-in and was taken care of, however i actually had to a Google search to find the phone number. It should easier to get human help for check-in issues that are real-time.

Beautiful location, lovely view of the lake. The staff was friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean, and beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast service was fast and nice selection, good value. While we didn’t take advantage - it was nice to know the dinner and bar service was available til 10:00. The self service was convenient and good selection to take up to our room.

It was our wedding anniversary and we were able to get a beautiful room with water views at last minute. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

the trash cans were super small. Not sure the thought process of having trash cans fit for one can.We

Location was great. Room facing water vs road would be better. I didn't eat there so cannot comment on the food. Bar was enjoyable & service was excellent.

Road noise & lights at night. Room was comfortable & clean.

Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Staff is friendly and location in lake front is prime.

They allow dogs and some guest go out for dinner, leave dogs unattended, alone in rooms and barking their lungs out. Once one start, the other dogs in the floor start barking as well and its very loud. Like a dog park. I called the front desk and they were prompt to fix the problem.

It is next to the lake beach, location is perfect, walking distance to the main square. The room is clean and comfortable. The view of the lake and the walking path is really nice. Breakfast menu is great and food is great!

The coffee machine was not clean and my booking was supposed to have breakfast included but they charged me for it, I just noticed when I got home because I had to check-out in a rush.

The hotel is getting old and it has not been updated for a while, oh maybe the carpet. But, the bathroom is in need of a real update. The shower has mold and cracks along the door. First floor needs an icemaker and not have to use the bar for ice. I was charged a $25 per day fee for misc. charges, three days totaling $75.00 of which is did not use and I have not been given credit on my card as of the date of this text (12/3/22). Very dissapointed in this prepayemnt policy.

They were so helpful and accommodating. Our flight was delayed into Dallas and they were so gracious to hold our room. Once there the front desk staff were so nice and understanding helping us get settled and also information Bout local things like restaurants and such. They really were great.

Nothing we didn't like.

The hostess of the the hotel was wonderful people we love them beautiful attitude beautiful smile the place was just overwhelmed we will be back next year for another vacation thank you for all that you did for us and my sister she enjoyed her card she got from you and we will be telling other peoples about this place quiet joyful beautiful view thank you again for a wonderful day at the Hilton Garden inn

Hotel rooms don't generally have overhead lights or bath tubs any more. We miss them. I was impressed with the size and cleanliness of the lobby. Lots of out of the way spaces for a small meeting or to read a book.

We had an event next door at the conference center. It would be nice if you had a special rate for that venue.
