Our trip to Chennai, was memorable. One of the main highlights was an amazing stay at Citadines. Everyone from the security guard to the manager were awesome and very professional. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. I would like to give a special shoutout to the managers Mr Ashok and Mr Pandi, who were very kind. The housekeeping staff Mr Mahesh, Mr Sitaram and Mr Sia from the kitchen was very kind too. The place has enough space for parking, has good steam and sauna facilities too.

We had to request for a room change, as some rooms on the first floor could do with refurbished baths. They are renovating the place. Hope it gets getter next time. I would like to mention that Ms Mahalakshi from the breakfast section was very rude. She definitely needs an attitude adjustment.

Hotel was nice ,receptionist lady on check-in was good and upgraded us to better room thanks for that , room was comfortable,room and toilets had all amenities . They even give extra bed for us so kind , Veg restaurant food taste good ,Hola restaurant no acon so warm for dinner and breakfast ,food tasted average and dinner we order also biryani pizza not so tasty ,staff and manager hola restaurant not so pleasant and welcoming, they all look stress and not well trained like other 4 or 5 star hotels ,other than that room service was good ,porter service was fine , ,extension call to receptionist man was not so polite , Abit distant from city centre , we might consider again if can get better room for cheaper price coz traveling to and fro to main city and airport take a lot of time , overall it was a good stay with the family TQ

My stay at Citadines was truly exceptional—it felt just like home. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The staff, right from security to reception and room service, were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more convenient. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and functionality. The overall ambiance was inviting, and every small detail contributed to a pleasant experience. One of the biggest advantages was how pet-friendly the place was. Traveling with a pet can often be challenging, but Citadines made it effortless with its welcoming environment and well-planned accommodations.

While the food quality at Citadines was excellent, I felt that the variety could have been better, especially for longer stays. A more diverse menu with additional options across different cuisines would have enhanced the dining experience. However, this was a minor issue compared to the overall comfort and convenience of the stay.

This is a newly renovated property on OMR in Chennai. The entrance, reception area are all done up really nicely. There is adequate parking for self driven cars. Staff are polite and attentive. There is a small coffee shop downstairs and you can easily order beverages from here to be delivered to your room. There is also a multi cuisine restaurant downstairs and the food is decent. Coming to the room- has modern amenities, is stylishly done up, and is clean. There is a mini fridge in the room as well as a water dispenser (which isn't very aesthetic, but is super useful to have!). The room had a balcony with a nice view of the OMR cityscape. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great and there was ample hot water. WIFI is fast too. Overall, really liked our stay and it was better than expected!

A hair dryer could be provided in the bathroom. The location is far from Chennai centre and there is a lot of metro work happening on the road in front of the property- but I think the latter is true of a lot of main roads in Chennai today!

Breakfast was excellent. Room was spacious and had all the amenities, I was in an unexpected situation of getting my clothes dirty and had no spare, luckily the room had a washing machine with dryer, which saved me. Also the room had a fridge, 3 TVs, Utensils, Dishwasher, bathtub.

Not much to complain about but I was given a room at a corner which took a bit of walking down the aisle, fine with us but elderly may have trouble, if you are booking for seniors make sure to ask a room thats closer to the elevators.

The ambience and cleanliness was beyond our expectations. Immaculate in every sense. Mr. Wasim, Natasha, front office staff exceptional. Inzamam was an excellent performer. We being senior citizens were really taken care of. Anil of housekeeping does a wonderful job. This housekeeping guy needs recognition for his good work. Citadines apartment hotel can be recommended to any type of traveler Keep it up Citadines.

The restaurant providing guest breakfast is a sham. It’s killing the good image of Citadines. Plz get rid of this contractor immediately Restaurant and food is a disgrace Unhygienic and unpalatable. 10 days of rubbish breakfast

we had an incredible stay at this hotel and were thoroughly impressed by both the accommodation and the exceptional service. comfort and satisfaction. the room was immaculate, beautiful,What really stood out, though, was the level of service—every staff member was friendly, attentive, and eager to assist with any request, no matter how small. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality made my stay truly memorable. I can't recommend this hotel enough and look forward to returning on my next visit!
