I had an amazing stay at Aloft Santo Domingo Piantini. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was—from the entrance to the elevators and the rooms. The hotel felt incredibly secure, with a visible presence of either military or police officers, which made me feel safe throughout my stay. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was modern and vibrant. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santo Domingo, and I will absolutely be staying here again!

No breakfast at the hotel but got coffee and pastries at the coffee shop all the time and it was great. Got to visit the "Mexican" restaurant, but it was only pretty, the food was disappointing. Their drinks were ok, but the food was nauseating.

El Hotel was beautiful and perfectly located in the heart of the city. I loved it all.

New and clean. The stuffs are great with quick actions and friendly response. Jacinto is the best !!! He’s so professional and helpful during my stay. The Mexican restaurant at the first floor is impressive. The rooftop bar has great view and I appreciate Rudi’s service and fun conversation - Peña colada is a must-have. Another great thing is the lobby has open working space!

The hotel is nice, has restaurants around it, rooms with a view of the city and is very central. Everything was very delicious at breakfast

The room doors are a bit noisy because when one of them closed you could literally hear the whole floor. For breakfast they didn't have a variety of juices

The air conditioning in the room was terrible it will turn off in the middle of the night making the room super hot and we tried to change it out of automatic and lower the temperature and it would let us ..so we had a sleepless night which was not good

Location. 8 minutes away by walking to blue mall. Everything was perfect.

I didn’t like the shower. It seemed to have a leak, and every time I used it, there was water all over the floor around it.

Brand new facilities, deco, very comfy beds, very friendly staff ( i got early checkin for free and free upgrade to a city view room)

They do not have room service (to eat) however you can request something from the inhouse restaurants. Pillows needs to be better (very hard)

The storage space for clothes is extremely small and I personally did not like to hang my clothes in full view of anyone who enters the room.

Nothing for kids

Very clean and in the middle of the Santo Domingo town

They should have a do not disturb sign to avoid staff knocking on the door
