We liked the fact that there was a breakfast with hot and cold options, an unexpected treat. We had a balcony with a view of the river, which made the room appear more spacious. Immaculate (sp?) and Belle were delightful and very welcoming at the front desk when we checked in and departed.

The lighting is always typically too little, especially as we like to read. It seems hotels think soft lighting is more desirable, and don't offer any options to improve the lighting, especially the reading lights next to the bed.

The view was beautiful! Room service had to be called into office every time if needed anything for room. Breakfast was okay.

There are restaurants right in the parking lot and at the hotel. It is quiet. The pool is well maintained and WARM, so relaxing! The view is beautiful. The room is clean, comfortable and well stocked.

The service, the view (above the pool), the housekeeping staff that came and knocked on the door when I got the courtesy late check out, the front desk staff that checked me in and Belle (I believe the office manager.)

The staff was very friendly and accommodating when I forgot my room key...a few times ( ops) I also asked to change rooms for a different view and that was no problem at all. I had a fabulous view of the pier and park.

Couldn't find the front entrance to our motel.(west) Needs a sign to show the elevator. Which was behind a big column.

Awesome waterfront view, you can enjoy all day long the amenities. You don't have to take your vehicle to travel around. There is an accessible "Water Taxi" right there at their deck, super economical for $15 each person all day long (so you can go back as many times you want during their ride hours. Kids are free of charge up to 5 years old. Each ride last 1.30 hours and make 4 stops in different places around the river and you can either go to Downtown, or other places to enjoy restaurants with live music and other views. First stop at the BW Hotel is at 12:40pm and last dropped off at 7:40pm. (6 stops during the day at the BW Hotel). So, if you really want to enjoy to the fullest the sunset, make sure you are at the deck at 6:20pm so you don't miss their last ride of the day and you can return at 7:40pm to your hotel destination. 😀 Then, you can eat at "The 3 Frishermen Restaurant" located at the Best Western Hotel, which is exceptional. You can eat indoors or outdoors with music and live music during the weekends. Their price and food is excellent and that is why we loved staying there, because you don't have to worry about going anywhere else. Just stay and relax all day enjoying the gorgeous views and sunset while you're there. It is family oriented, pet friendly (even at the restaurant), and super romantic for a couple to enjoy and relax. Next time, we will definitely bring our children and extended family there to make more unforgettable memories. 😍

People smoking Marijuana at their balconies that you can smell it so strong if you don't like the smoking smell. Nasty as heck for us, and they need more security to do walking around so they can avoid that type of things, if they want to keep it as family oriented, especially if you have children. We got a huge room on the 5th floor and the cleaning could be done better. Specifically at the bathroom, I saw hair stuck on the faucet from previous guests. Other than that we were very pleased.

Loved the view from the balcony viewing the city. Very relaxing after a stressful day of traveling. Friendly, welcoming staff greeted with a smile. Room was very clean.

They easily switched our room when we got a terrible view of the restaurant patio. The location is great.

The room wasn't super clean. Glass wasn't wiped, hair still in the bathroom, and it was really loud most of the stay

Both rooms I stayed in had problems with windows in bathroom. Slight cold draft at night due to windows out of alignment
