The staff was very friendly and helpful. Most of them could speak English, which is still quite rare in Shenzhen. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is very convenient if you come for sightseeing with most attractions parks at walking distance, and pleasant places worth to visit nearby (OCT Loft, OCT Bay, Nantou, Shekou...). They have a nice and large indoor/outdoor swimming pool.

Breakfast was attractive with a good variety of products, but everything was a bit dry... Probably because they start at 6.30 until 10.30 which leads "late eaters" to get the food that has been on display for a while. Also as a western family, we are not great fans of the kitsch "venitian" decoration !!

the room was clean & spacious and away from the elevator. the decor of the room was very welcoming. I was on one of the two twin beds, it was very comfortable. the blackout curtain did its job. the wifi works well.

The toilet did not flush well and the corners of the toilet room appeared to be uncleaned. The reciptionist told me about the gym. I did not realise there was a pool. I wish that there was a booklet of the facilities of the hotel. oh well. my next trip!!

The room was HUGE and spacious, the tub was very comfortable, the design of this hotel took the old one up a notch, and we were able to use the awesome pool, breakfast was plentiful and had a great variety, and we got a late check-out The location is prime, there are so many restaurants and bars and things to do around here, and easy metro access

We didn't know when the firework was happening, and either did the front desk staffs, if we paid a room with view to fireworks I'd hope they at least know when it's happening, but not a big issue here

The Room was very clean and well equipped, we really enjoyed the bathtub and the quietness of the corridors.

The breakfast was a bit limited considering the 5 star rating. coffee was cold and general behaviour of other guests wasnt too good. Hotel could do more to support this: children touching all of the pastries and putting them back, people filling their plates with everything in one bowl and leaving other guests with nothing.

What can I say more than a thank you 😊. It was a wonderful stay. The hotel was so lovely, we enjoy it so much. The staff was very kind and helpful. The location was quiet we enjoy every moment. The breakfast was various and delicious. And more than that, the bed was so comfortable.

Nothing to say. Everything was fine. Even when the typhoon hit us.

Perfect located just next to the MRT station & a shopping mall, easy to reach from any port when arriving in Shenzhen, our room was upgraded to the next level with a nice wide-view, the room is big, clean, stylish decor & a heavenly bed that is over my expectation, overlook the Window of The World as well as the South China Sea at our own balcony, swimming in the comfy huge pool is the next relaxing moment, real holiday experience. Thanks for the helpful & friendly staffs especially the one who work at the front desk. Breakfast with plenty of delicious varieties in Chinese & western styles which made our morning a good start. Coffee is not only ordinary, you may ask for your own taste at the coffee bar, salute to Indigo. If you are a dim sum fan, don't miss the chance to visit the in-house Chinese restaurant, you must be surprised with the dishes. We'll be back soon!

We should say none, but the only comment is ...... if a set of outdoor table & chairs can be arranged at the balcony, that will be much perfect to enjoy the room.

Excellent location, spacious room, great view Metro on the doorstep. Clean and lots of restaurants nearby. The Club lounge was very good and service excellent.

Especially I want to thank them for their extra effort to help me find my small box I forgot in the elevators. In addition to that their breakfast is suitable for visitors coming from Europe and their rooms are so clean and so comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was fantastic! The staff were lovely and facilities were great.

I went with a friend and we got 2 club rooms at the same price however one of the rooms was really large no balcony and the other really small with balcony. A bit unfair.

Clean room, stylish and cozy vibe, nice staff, and a complementary 'little cake' for birthday is nice and not little at all😂

We have to collect our take away food order from the lobby, itd be great if they had some robots sending the order to the room
