Villa Strand is an exceptional place to stay. It is separate to the Hotel Hornbaekhus, where we had breakfast and evening meal. The hotel and rooms are decorated and furnished in a tasteful Nordic style. There is a lovely balcony with views over the dunes to the sea. There is direct access on to the lovely sandy beach, and it's just a few minutes from the lively village centre. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Villa Strand if you enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings.

I was not aware it was part of a bigger hotel with a completely separate name. Easily could have been me but went up and down the road multiple times trying to find the name of where I was staying only to find a different name as the parent name Basically, I think the main place (HornbaekHus) bought the Villas down the street

It’s the ultimate location! I love the place and also the whole universe around villa strand and Hornbæk hus.

It’s annoying that you can’t get or make yourself a coffee or tea in the morning at villa strand when you wake up. ( you have to get ready and walk up to the other hotel to get coffee. I suggest getting a kettle in the main house at villa strand.

The location to the beach & village, the decor, the dinner & breakfast, the use of bikes and friendly staff! The whole atmosphere.

The room was on the small side, but the bed was very comfortable. Not much time was spent in the room and downstairs was enough space to sit and read, write or play games!

Beautiful property. I'd recommend the communal dining. It was fun, and a good way to connect. Very enjoyable. The common areas were lovely. It's location next to beach ideal. We instantly felt at home and all of life's stressors melted away.

Perfect beach bar, and a close walk to the town. Super easy living.

the shower and bathroom was a little gross, but value for money cannot complain at all.
