staff was awesome. they asked how come we made such a quick/impulse booking and when they found out about previous negative experience we were treated extra well. big kudos to them!!! breakfast was awesome, a bit crowded but super nice view from the restaurant. lounge area was great too with bonfire, board games, table tennis, pool etc. we even got 2 free drinks tickets since we were asked to wait for a couple of minutes. overall, great value for the money! we found free parking spots, although it was quiet crowded. we did not have time or interest in trying out other facilities such as pools etc. but at least could see there were plenty to choose from.

It’s a lovely location right at the sea. Beds are very comfortable. Staff are very friendly.

At peak times there are simply too many people and too little staff /space (eg at check in (long queue) and no space to sit at breakfast other than the lobby). Also staff are not picking up empty glasses from all the lobby areas and that makes it all look much less sophisticated than the pictures in the website show you).

The room was ergonomical but comfortable. Restaurant food, breakfast, and location were AMAZING! Staff were very friendly and lots of indoor activities/games. I would urge anyone to visit this hotel and stay for a couple nights.

Problem was that the main light switch was broken when I arrived. Not a big deal as I was only staying one night. Was 'briefly offered another room' (felt like the man thought I was complaining to get a new one) but I did not feel it was necessary. Also, I received at LEAST 4 messages urging me to book a restaurant.

We were celebrating our wedding at the hotel and stayed there with our guests for several nights. We had a great time and lovely experience there. I would especially recommend the "afternoon tea" experience. Breakfast was very good with a rich choice of options. I would also highly recommend to take the room with a sea view. Many thanks to the hotel team. We were happy to spend our special day at your hotel.

There has been some construction at the back of the hotel.

I really enjoyed the view, the food at the restaurants is really nice. The lounge is fool of life with different entertainments, and nice music.

The rooms could be cleaner, and the room service could be available later since the restaurants close quite earlier.

Well equipped bedroom with balcony and sea views. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Great breakfast and choice of restaurants.

The food was delicious and beautifully presented but we would have liked more choice on the menu. The menu in the Lucille restaurant and Rory’s bar and bistro were almost the same.

I am a single mum so most of my trips will be with my under 7 children . I liked the fact that we could go to the beach since they couldn’t use the pool area. It is one of the reasons why we booked the hotel in the first place.

No pool access for children. Beach can’t be used during the winter .

Amazing breakfast, beautiful hotel, the spa is one of the best I have ever been to. The atmosphere is so warm, cozy and luxurious at the same time, definitely one of my favourites <3

The dinner in the French restaurant was not living up to the pricetag. The entré was just a big slab of raw salmon, it was not very tasty and I sadly felt quite sick after eating it. Wine was good and the staff was very sweet, polite and helpful.

Beautiful hotel and location, not our first stay, returned to celebrate my birthday. Got a lovely big room with sea view and terrace.

Beautiful room but unfortunately very close to the elevator and its rumbling sound was quite loud in the room.

Beach location and view spectacular. Breakfast buffet excellent beyond expectations. Comfortable room with good amenities. Convenient location.

Construction blockage in parking lot made initial entry confusing. Some signs would help.
