The location, the bed was so comfortable, and the shower was great. I stayed in room 4 and it was quiet, perfect for resting. A recommendation is to have the possibility of using WhatsApp to contact the hotel. For foreigners, it's pricey to call a Swedish number. Overall, I totally recommend this place.

The smell of food came through my bedroom door. I think it's brilliant that people can cook, but the bedroom doors should seal better so the smell doesn't go through.

It was a very nice room that had everything that I needed including a fridge and a balcony! I liked how close it was to everything and was near the train station. I was only there for a night but would definitely do it again.

For me I struggled with finding the property and ended up needing to ask a restaurant next to it for help. Having clearer instructions for how to get there would be useful but overall I had a great stay.

Digital codes - 3 of them. Gate, main door and your room. Change daily. Not possible to remember them and easy to get locked out of your room (doors self closing). Is this level of security necessary in Helsingborg?

While there was a confusion with the gate and door locks, it provided a confidence in security. The kitchen is very convenient, the room and bathroom are big. It's a plus that it is so close to train and ferry station. I will stay here again specially on long days.

I like the location, its proximity to the station is very convenient. The staff is very friendly, they keep the kitchen and whole area clean. And the support responds right away when there are issues with lock codes.

Just not receiving the gate and entrance door key code right away.

The entire place was clean, they had all appliances in the kitchen, had laundry service too. Location was near the beach and near the central station. The room had a kettle, oven, fridge along with plates and glasses. Overall very good stay.

Since it is near the pubs weekends there would noise from outside.

Excellent location, cozy vibe, wheelchair lift was available, very decent lodging.

The code system to enter the property and rooms was a bit cumbersome as the site is not managed by a reception, however they were very helpful after making a phone call and the housekeeping was more than willing to assist.

The location is the best of all accommodations you can possibly get here. Just right in Centre of central station .The helsingborg shopping street is steps away ,Many restraints, cafe nearby . Cheapest and best option .

It's unmanned some representative of hotel should be there

we found it very cute and and clean.

the hotel is unmanned. we had problems with code system. we came from the USA and our phones were not yet connected to the Swedish phone system so we couldn’t get the current codes for the day. you need a code for the gate, the front door and the room door. the codes changes every day. we wound up spending our first night in different hotel because we couldn’t get the codes. and a couple of times the wifi was down and we couldn’t get the codes to get in for a little while. lastly, the weekend street noise was too much with disco beats until 3:00AM

Cleanliness ,rapid answering any question, and kindness beside the perfect location especially near train station.

I would like to use digital card as key of the room instead of codes system.
