Location is amazing, especially if you're getting the train into Helsingborg. Easy to walk anywhere you need to go in the town centre, and amazing views if you're lucky enough to get a sea-facing room. The breakfast is fantastic and the beds are the comfiest I've ever experienced in a hotel. The staff are wonderful and friendly.

It's an old building, so the fixtures and fittings can be a bit loose/rattly. It didn't bother us at all and didn't detract from the experience one bit, but if you're into hyper modern hotels it's worth considering

I particularly enjoyed the atmosphere that all members of the staff seamlessly create every day - you always meet a smile, a good effort to help you in all details, and it all natural! Very important that the hotel is in the center of Helsingborg town, just a few steps away from the train station and the ferry, clean and tidy, and the breakfast is great (great selection, fine quality). No noise from outside, but occasional noise from the corridor is possible. I also liked that they offer daily "please, no room service" if you stay for several days and prefer your room to not be serviced every day.

Parking cannot be reserved at the reception, but plenty of places is usually available at the same public parking lot at the same price (in fact, the hotel has certain parking lots at that parking). Parking is fairly expensive (what is usual for town-center). Suggestion for improvement: mark better stairs to incentivize people to prefer stairs to the elevators.

Excellent location with immediate access to the rail station and the ferries to Denmark

Nothing - however, the popularity of the hotel with older people meant breakfast became something of a scrum and searching for a vacant table. Could do with a separate restaurant - the Bishop’s Inn was good but very very busy. Took far too long for the kitchen to cope with ether demand.

We really liked the location. Right next to the ferry over to Denmark and a nice little food court in the transit center next door. A short walk to the castle in downtown. Overall a beautiful location The breakfast selection was good. Can be a bit busy at breakfast. However the staff did a nice job of clearing tables and keeping things clean.

Exceedingly convenient if you are arriving or leaving by train or ferry as its only 30s away from the station. The area also has taxis and bars etc, and feels safe. There is a great breakfast buffet like in most Scandinavian hotels. The room was quiet as it faced onto the back area (no view, but you can't have everything).

The bathroom could do with a bit of a spruce up (eg the shower was in a bath, and its not easy to figure out how to turn on the shower) but there is nothing wrong with them.

Breakfast was grand, great slection. Loaction was wonderful near the ferry terminal and train station. The room was very comfortable with a great view and the pub located in the hotel provided a nice feeling.

Our stay was short and we had no real problems. Only small issues were understand how to turn on the shower as the label was mostly faded and the climate control was a little hard to understand.

The hotel has a very nice location. Everything was easy as far as proximity to the central train station - literally next door. Parking was easy to arrange. Reserved parking spots where available to buy from the front desk. The breakfast was very good. I thought it was unnecessary to charge extra if you wanted a cappuccino or espresso. A hotel that claims to be 4 stars should have free selection of coffees. The staff was exceptionally nice.

The room I had did look out over the water, like I requested, but it was right in front of the ferries that were in traffic most of the night. I didn’t mind too much but I wanted my window open so it was a bit noisy. The room I got was VERY outdated and in serious need of a refurbish. The carpet looked like blue astroturf. The furniture looked more like motel furniture. It was extremely disappointing. This hotel has a 4 star rating but I don’t know how they got that. Perhaps because of the location? In my opinion the hotel may be a 4 star but the rooms (or at least the room that I got) is at best a 3 star. The staff was without doubt 5 star!

WOW. Where can I start? The hotel exterior looks great. The location is PERFECT. Right at the bay, only a 2-3 minutes walk away from the EXCELLENT concert venue Tivoli (that we saw an amazing TREAT heard rock gig at!) and the great bar Vinyl Bar. The whole area looks really good, and I loved being there. The receptionists were super kind (!!!) and gave some of the best service I´ve experienced at a Scandinavian hotel!!! :D Nice huge spacious area inside the lobby. Fast elevators. Big rooms. And here´s the best part: SUPER QUIET ROOMS LIKE YOU´VE NEVER EXPERIENCED BEFORE, SUPER DARK ROOMS (GREAT LIGHT PROOF CURTAINS!!!), AMAZING COMFORTABLE BEDS!!! So these rooms are actually a 10/10 because of that! Even if they don´t look brand new or too flashy. Trust me, you´ll sleep like a baby in these beds! :D

Nothing that matters for sleep quality really as the hotels is absolutely great!!! But if I had to give constructive feedback it would be that the rooms could looks newer, more modern, more classy. :)

Great location in the center of Helsingborg, right next to the ferry harbor. Quite standard hotel, staff attentive, good breakfast.

Absolute nightmare if you come with a car, parking in the near by public garage, we came on a weekday around 4pm.. took us 40 min to find a spot. Room was a bit dated, ours faced the building next door, cannot brag about the view. For the price one would expect a tad bit more of the hotel.

Breakfast was excellent.

Very little information was provided with alternate languages. A key feature was the large selection of beers available, but there was no beer list or any other indication of what was available. Was never sure what was on the menu for the other restaurants either.
