The staff was absolutely phenomenal. Every request they met with a smile. The rooms were frill-less but not spartan, with phenomenal Scandinavian bedding, ample storage, and a nice view. The location near a bus stop and the train in a quiet suburb was great, too.

The shower was bad. For starters, it's Euro-style (I don't mind this, but it will come as a shock to Americans not expecting it). But more importantly the heat is inconsistent, and the pressure is consistently low. Not to mention that for a country known for being tall, I (6'0") couldn't fit under the showerhead without raising it (read: rotating it to push more water toward the curtain/into the rest of the toilet area).

Nice staff, private parking, nice kitchen to make quick tea and eggs for breakfast, quite floors, clean rooms. Incredible deal for a big group (12 of us in total). Visited in December 2023. Would come back again! :)

One room had a slightly leaky window, so it felt cold. But we could change it on request.

What is satisfating is for sure the balnce between quality and price , rooms are confortable, clean and spacious. The instructions to enter and manage the whole stay are clear and easy to follow Parking is exactly in front of the HOTEL so very confortable I am fully satisfied

The sound of the doors closing from other rooms. The fact that the bathroom door could not stay open. TV was super old (only used it to watch Eurovision final).

The hotel has a great location with easy access to public transport. The rooms are clean, big, quiet, and comfortable. The staff is very friendly.

Breakfast was very limited and not very cheap.

I arrived late and the hotel was closed, but attendance by phone was very good. My key cards and room was well prepared and ready for us.

Easily accessible, functional hotel, perfect for an overnight stay. Helsingborg city center is 30 minutes walk away, but there is also a bus stop right in front of the building.

The staff was great and very helpful, they went out of their way to assist us. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The towels are very thin and old and should be upgraded.
