An additional charge of 300 SEK for staying with a dog seems excessive, even though the room includes a small dog bed and two bowls. The breakfast buffet is extensive, but the included dinner consists of just one daily changing dish and a small salad buffet, with no dessert offered. The staff is friendly and welcoming to dogs. The parking garage costs 290 SEK per 24 hours, but there is free overnight parking available on public streets in front of the hotel.

The breakfast was awesome, everything you could possibly wish to eat, with all types of bread, pastries, fruit, yoghurts, hot and cold meats, eggs etc. The foyer, bar and dining areas are very elegant and I loved the original elevators! Overall super hotel situated in a very smart part of town.

It was very busy, especially at breakfast where we needed to queue for the buffet (we were there beginning of August) though there was plenty of food and seating for everyone. Our bedroom was very nice though rather small.

From check-in to check-out, everything was done really well. Staff: prompt despite many customers checking in, friendly, helpful. Facilities: well-maintained, clean and comfortable. Food: excellent spread for breakfast from traditional Scandinavian to those more mainstream Western and Continental style breakfast. Location: close to amenities, restaurants, bars, attractions including the Karnan, ferry terminal, shops etc.

Darker interior, but that depends on taste. The rustic look can be charming.

The property was excellent. The room was comfortable and compact as it said on the site. I had dinner in the restaurant and this exceeded my expectations as did the breakfast choice. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend, and I would stay again.

Good service jasminri.was very service minded in the reception and helpful. T Restaurant good food and rhe staff very pleasent. Room very clean a little noicey but it was ok as it was saturday night. Would rekommend to stay here

It was classy and cozy. The staff was really nice ,we were welcomed with Erica and wow is made our day perfect.In the morning at the breakfast the staff were keeping checking if everything was fine and refilling our coffee cups.

The place was a bit dusty oooh my God!Our room was so dusty and i'm allergic to dust 🙊.The elevator was also dusty .We understand that the hotel is near the main road but please make effort to dusty the room before the guest check in.Our room was not used for years i guess hahaha so it had an unpleasant feeling/smelling especially the bathroom.We recommend to open the widows and taps and showers for some minutes to refresh the room .Also we noticed you don't change the purple covers for the pillows it was so dusty and it's not OK and hygiene.

the only thing that let this place down was that the double bed was quite small- felt like we were going to fall off the edge of the bed during the night!

The receptionists were super friendly. The elevator is an absolute highlight. The closeness ro the train station and the ferries is great. I had the best soft boiled eggs ever. In general the breakfast was excellent.
